Kriya to Overcome Crisis

Mistakes in life sometimes cause us to question ourselves. If you can be secure in your identity, you can overcome the challenges that come your way.

This kriya is one of the Three Kriyas to Become a Man, originally taught in 1985. Although it was initially taught only to men, it can be practiced by anyone of any gender.

The Practice

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose.

Mudra: Bring your thumbs to the base of your Mercury finger. Your hands are in front of your face, palms facing each other, framing each side of your face. Move your hands rapidly 6 to 8 inches out and back to the starting position. As the hands come toward each other, use force but do not let the hands touch. It will discharge all the energy.

Music: Play a version of Sat Nam Wahe Guru.

Eyes: Open
