Yoginis in Namibia, A Multicultural Journey

Adi Priya and I drove 1,500 miles across Namibia and South Africa on a lot of gravel tracked rough and rocky roads. We shared 3 beautifully received mantra music concerts, trekked up the ‘big momma’ sand dune, which is 325 meters high, and got stuck in a car at the peak of a 388 meters steep and vertical dune. 3HO-TOGO HISTORY
Siri Gyan Khalsa is the first American who introduced kundalini yoga in Togo in the early nineteen-eighties. He arrived in Togo as a Peace Corps member, and he was appointed as an English teacher at Lome University. He started sharing the Teachings with Togolese students. In 1984 3HO-TOGO was officially established. I entered University in 1986 and quickly joined the community of yogis.
