Because apana anchors the body, it supports safety and containment. Strong apana creates steadiness and emotional security. Weak apana, however, leads to imbalance. Digestion suffers, fatigue increases, and grounding disappears.

Therefore, apana is not secondary energy. It is essential for sustainability and long-term health.

Why Prana and Apana Must Work Together
