April 6 – May 15 · Daily 7:30–8:30 AM · Online + In Person

Why join this 40-day journey
In the yogic tradition, it takes 40 days to change a habit. Practicing every day for 40 days helps interrupt old patterns, build new inner strength, and create a steady rhythm of transformation. Through consistent practice in community, this journey supports healing, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
What We’ll Practice
A foundational Kundalini Yoga kriya to energize the body, expand vitality, and create an uplifting daily reset.

The meditation we will be practicing is to release stress and anxiety, specifically related to clearing past relationships and personal and family traumas.
