FAQ

Do I need previous Kundalini Yoga experience?

No previous experience is required. This 40-day journey is open to everyone, whether you are new to Kundalini Yoga or have an established practice.

Please consult your physician before participating if you have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, physical limitation, or other health concern.

By joining, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3HO and Cosmic Flow Yoga disclaim liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except where such liability cannot legally be waived.

Can I join if I miss a day?

A 40-day sadhana is traditionally practiced on 40 consecutive days. If you miss a day, the practice begins again from Day 1. If you join after the group has already started, you are still welcome—just begin your own 40-day count from the day you enter the practice.

Is this available online and in person?

Yes. This sadhana is available both online and in person, so you can participate in the way that best supports your daily practice.

What is the daily time commitment?

The daily practice is approximately 1 hour, from 7:30 to 8:30 AM PST.

Do I need to practice every day for all 40 days?

The full experience is designed as a 40-day daily practice. In the yogic tradition, 40 days supports the process of shifting habits and building new patterns, so daily participation is encouraged whenever possible.

What should I bring or prepare?

Bring a yoga mat or comfortable space to practice, water, and anything that helps you feel supported, such as a blanket, cushion, or shawl. If you are joining online, make sure you have a quiet space and a stable internet connection.

Is this free, donation-based, or paid?

This offering is donation-based. Contributions help support the space, the teachers, and the continuation of accessible community practice.
