What is Summer Solstice?

3HO Summer Solstice Sadhana Celebration is a nine-day Kundalini Yoga and Sikh Dharma gathering in Ram Das Puri, New Mexico, United States.

With more than 50 years of tradition and thousands of participants from around the world. It is a unique opportunity to live in community, rise for sadhana, deepen your practice, and return home feeling more clear, grounded, and inspired.

You do not need any previous experience to attend Summer Solstice. People from all walks of life, spiritual paths, and religions are welcome to come together in community and practice for one purpose: to elevate yourself.

Summer Solstice brings together an inspiring circle of teachers, musicians, and guides who help shape the experience of the event each year.


This year’s program includes Sher Randhir, Hardev Singh Khalsa, Kulbir Singh, Satwan Singh, Kirtan Singh, Rupinder Kaur (Canada), Karuna, Dr. Alan and Dr. Satbir Singh, Gurmukh Kaur, Gurubachan Singh, Siri Simran Kaur, Rajkaram and Raj Mantra Singh, Bachangit, Nur Singh Khalsa, Jagut Guru Singh Khalsa, Siri Mark Singh Khalsa, Simran Shakti Kaur, Siri Priya Kaur, and many others.


Together, they bring a rich diversity of experience, depth, and presence to the gathering—offering classes, meditations, sacred music, and teachings that support transformation, healing, and spiritual growth in community.

A Nine-Day Journey

Summer Solstice 2026 unfolds as a complete journey, moving from arrival and community gathering into prayer, practice, transformation, and integration.

June 19   Arrival and Check-In

Arrive, settle into the land, set up your space, and begin your Solstice experience in community. Registration and check-in begin in the afternoon, and dinner is the first community meal served. 

June 20 International Peace Prayer Day

A day of music, prayer, meditation, healing activities, and community connection dedicated to peace. The official program describes live music, kirtan, prayers for peace, and the Sacred Healing Walk. 

June 21–22 – Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

These days offer workshops, classes, and opportunities for self-knowledge and healing through the teachings and practice of Kundalini Yoga. The program also notes Gurdwara on Sunday morning followed by langar. 

June 23–25 – White Tantric Yoga®

Three powerful days of White Tantric Yoga® offer a rare opportunity to clear subconscious blocks and create more space for prosperity, clarity, happiness, and inner flow. 

June 26 – Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

A final full day of classes and workshops to continue integrating the energy of the week through practice, reflection, and community. 

June 27 – Departure

After breakfast, the gathering comes to a close and the community begins the journey home. The camp officially closes at noon.

FAQ

How do I register?

You can register online here. Tickets may also be purchased onsite, but some accommodation options are limited and are best secured in advance.

What is included in my registration?

All tickets include meals for the day and access to all classes and activities. You can choose the option that best fits your experience, whether that is a day pass for selected days or a full-event ticket for the complete program. 

Do 3HO Premium or IKYTA members receive a discount?

Yes. Current 3HO Premium members and IKYTA members receive a special registration discount. 

Can I attend if I have never done Kundalini Yoga before?

Yes. Many people come to Summer Solstice for the first time and experience Kundalini Yoga there for the very first time. You are welcome whether you are completely new or already have an established practice. 

Are there age restrictions?

There is no general age restriction for attending the event. For White Tantric Yoga®, participants must be at least 9 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian. 


What accommodation options are available?

Accommodation options include tents, shared cabins, and campervan spaces. You can select your preferred option during registration, and booking early is recommended because availability is limited. 

Can I bring my own tent?

Yes. Bringing your own tent is included with any ticket purchase. 

Can I reserve accommodations in advance?

Yes. You can reserve your accommodation during registration, and reserving in advance is the best way to secure your preferred option. 

Can I choose who I share a room with?

If you are traveling as a group, the registration team will do their best to accommodate your request. Specific cabin or campsite placement cannot be guaranteed. 

Is parking available onsite?

Yes. Onsite parking is available, and you will be asked to provide your vehicle details when you arrive. 

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit cards, PayPal, and cash onsite are accepted. 

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 15 days before the event starts and request a partial refund in writing before June 4, 2026. A cancellation fee applies, and transaction and booking fees are not refunded. 

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing before June 4, 2026. 

What happens if the event is canceled?

If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
