Solstice Bazaar Vendor Information
The Solstice Bazaar is a central part of the 3HO Solstice experience. It brings together artisans, healers, makers, food vendors, and conscious entrepreneurs who serve the community through products and services aligned with the yogic lifestyle.
The Bazaar gives participants a place to discover meaningful offerings during Solstice. It also gives vendors a clear way to share their work with the global 3HO sangat.
Please review this page before applying. It includes vendor requirements, Bazaar hours, application steps, space information, product guidelines, healer requirements, food vendor policies, and important event policies.

Who Can Apply
We welcome vendors whose products or services support conscious living, spiritual practice, wellness, creativity, and community care.
Offerings may include handmade goods, yogic tools, clothing, jewelry, art, books, natural body care, wellness products, packaged food items, healing services, massage, energy work, and other services that support the Solstice experience.
All offerings must be reviewed and approved by 3HO before a vendor may register for Bazaar space.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Event Registration Requirement
All Bazaar vendors must be registered participants of the Solstice event.
Vendors are required to attend the whole event. Day Pass registrants are not allowed to sell in the Bazaar.
The Bazaar application process is separate from event registration. Vendors must still register for the Solstice event after their Bazaar application is approved.
Please complete event registration within two weeks of Bazaar application acceptance, and no later than May 31, to help ensure that you receive a space.
Bazaar Application Process
All Bazaar participants must complete a Bazaar Vendor Application Form and receive approval before registering for a Bazaar space.
3HO reviews each application to make sure the product or service offering is aligned with the 3HO lifestyle and the Solstice event.
There are three vendor categories:
General Vendors
For vendors selling products, goods, art, clothing, books, jewelry, spiritual tools, or other approved offerings.
Healers
For massage therapists, bodyworkers, energy workers, sound healers, and other healing practitioners.
Food Vendors
For vendors selling approved food or drink items.
After you apply, please wait for a reply from 3HO before registering for Bazaar space.

Registration and Space Reservation
The Bazaar Vendor Application does not reserve a Bazaar space.
Your space is reserved only when you complete your event registration and Bazaar space purchase after approval.
All Bazaar spaces require a code to purchase. These spaces can only be purchased with a code given directly by 3HO.
Registration for Bazaar space is available online only and is first come, first served.
Spaces are limited. We will not hold spaces. Please register as soon as possible after your application has been approved. If registration is not completed within two weeks of acceptance, your space may be offered to another vendor.
Reservations and payment for Bazaar space must be completed online by May 31 at 11:59 p.m. MT.
Vendor Spaces
Approved vendors may request one of the available Bazaar space options.
Current Summer Solstice Bazaar space options include:
One 6’ Space — $263
Includes one 6-foot table and two chairs.
Two 6’ Spaces — $525
Vendors may request up to two 6’ spaces.
One 10’x10’ Space — $630
Includes two or three 6-foot tables and two chairs, depending on preference. A 10’x10’ space can accommodate your own 10’x10’ pop-up tent.
Massage Table Space — $422
Available for healers only.
General vendor spaces include at least one chair and one 6-foot table.
If you have a massage table or Thai massage pad, you must rent two spaces or a Massage Table Space so you do not infringe on neighboring vendors. If you use a massage chair, one 6’ space is usually enough.
Healers who also sell products may sell from their healer space.
Bazaar spaces include electricity. Please bring only low-wattage electronics because the electrical grid can support only a limited draw. Electric heaters are not permitted.
There is no Wi-Fi provided for Solstice attendees or Bazaar vendors.
What Vendors Should Bring
Please bring everything needed for your display and service area.
This may include lighting, extension cords, décor, display cases, massage tables, massage chairs, clothing racks, payment tools, signage, tarps, utility clips, locking trunks, and any other materials needed to secure or present your offerings.
Additional tables and chairs may be available for an additional cost. Please contact the team only after your registration and payment process has been completed, and within three weeks of the event.
Vendors must stay within their assigned or defined space. Space boundaries may or may not be marked onsite, so please respect neighboring vendors.
If a vendor purchases more than one space, the spaces will be grouped together unless special circumstances have been arranged in advance.
Bazaar Setup and Onsite Guidelines
Onsite Bazaar setup starts when the event starts. For Opening Day, vendor set-up begins at 1:00 p.m.
Vendors and their staff must check in at the Registration Office before setting up in the Bazaar.
Vendors should park in the general parking area and follow all site instructions for loading, unloading, and setup.
Vendors will not be able to choose the specific location of their space before the event. The Bazaar Manager will have the final vendor and healer space list.
Please bring your event registration receipt and Bazaar registration receipt onsite in case there are any discrepancies.
Product and Service Suitability
All vendors must complete the Bazaar Vendor Application so 3HO can review their products or services.
Offerings should be aligned with the 3HO lifestyle and the Solstice environment. For example, sheepskins are appropriate. Timeshares and multi-level marketing programs are not appropriate.
3HO understands that some offerings may require review. Please describe your products or services clearly in the application.
Vendors may not prominently display items or products that could be considered divisive in nature.
Vendors may not represent their products or services as endorsed by 3HO International or the Solstice event unless written permission has been given.
3HO International is not liable for services or products sold by vendors or healers in the Bazaar. 3HO does not warrant or insure any vendor product, service, healing session, advice, or recommendation.
CBD, Intoxicants, Smoking, and Restricted Products
Marijuana, e-liquid, e-juice, vape juice, and other vape products are not permitted at any 3HO Solstice event site.
Possession, sale, or use of these products is against the Solstice Code of Conduct.
Products with traces of THC or cannabinoids may not be sold at the Solstice Bazaar. This includes THCA, CBC, CBG, and CBGA.
Intoxicants and smoking are not permitted at any 3HO event.
Fundraising Programs
3HO International supports fundraising programs within the Bazaar only.
All fundraising programs must be based on a yogic lifestyle and must be approved by 3HO International.
If you want to request approval for fundraising, please submit the Bazaar Vendor Application. In your application, be specific about what you are fundraising for and how you plan to proceed.
Healer Requirements
All healers must complete the Bazaar application and receive approval before registering for a Bazaar space.
Healers who practice a modality that requires a license must hold the proper license to practice in the state where the event takes place. For Summer Solstice in New Mexico, this includes, but is not limited to, massage therapy and chiropractic care.
For licensed practitioners, 3HO may require a copy of the state license before registration.
If you practice a healing art that requires touch and you believe a license may not be required, include this information in your application. A 3HO representative may contact you for more details.
Unlicensed practitioners may qualify to offer services in New Mexico if their modality is allowed under the Unlicensed Health Care Practice Act and they have proper education and training.
Examples may include aromatherapy, Ayurveda, culturally traditional healing practices, detoxification practices, energetic healing, folk practices, Healing Touch, herbology, homeopathy, meditation, mind-body healing practices, naturopathy, polarity therapy, holistic kinesiology, and related practices.
3HO may request proof of training, education, or accreditation before or during the event.
With the exception of Sat Nam Rasayan, touch-based healing practices may only be offered when the practitioner practices a modality that is licensed in the state of New Mexico.
3HO reserves the right to deny healers at its discretion.
3HO is not responsible for any damages, injury, advice, product recommendation, or service provided by a healer. Participants receive healer services, advice, and products at their own risk.
Food Vendor Policies
All food sold at Solstice must support participants in the experience of Solstice.
Food vendors must complete the Bazaar application and receive approval before selling any food or drink item.
Food products must be healthy and free from stimulants such as caffeine and refined sugar. For example, raw cacao may be appropriate, while chocolate is not.
The following items are not permitted to be sold at Solstice:
- Kombucha
- Foods with eggs
- Foods with meat products
- Foods with white sugar
- Foods with artificial coloring
- Foods with artificial flavoring

All foods must be prepared offsite. There are no facilities to support Bazaar vendors preparing food onsite. This includes running water adjacent to the Bazaar building and access to commercial refrigeration.
Only snack-size, prepackaged, healthy foods that align with the Solstice event may be sold. Approved blender drinks that nutritionally supplement the Solstice Diet may also be allowed.
Vendors must provide a full ingredient list for packaged foods in the Bazaar application.
No food sales are permitted during White Tantric Yoga® or during White Tantric Yoga® breaks. The no-sale period begins the evening before White Tantric Yoga® and ends at the conclusion of White Tantric Yoga®.
Liability, Weather, and Sales Disclaimer
3HO International is not responsible for circumstances that may affect a vendor’s expected revenue or profit during Solstice.
This includes, but is not limited to, weather, wind, fire, electrical grid issues, tent facility issues, muddy or wet surfaces, illness, injury, law enforcement intervention, fire prevention or protection intervention, government intervention, or other circumstances beyond 3HO’s control.
3HO makes no guarantee of minimum revenue or profit from participation in the Bazaar.
3HO is not responsible for missing or stolen items. Vendors should plan carefully to secure merchandise, equipment, money, and personal belongings.
