Cancellation Policy
Refunds
You may receive a refund if you fill out a Refund Form BEFORE December 1. After this date there will be no refunds.
A $50 processing fee will be charged for any refunds or credits for cancellations.
Credits
- You may receive credit towards a future 3HO event if you fill out a Credit Request Application from December 1st to December 15th.
- Approved credits will receive an event credit code that may be applied to a Solstice event for one year following the date of issue. You must register with your credit code before the first day of any future event.

- Processing approved refund and credit applications may take up to 4–6 weeks.

No-Show Policy
- No refunds or credits will be given to participants once they have entered the Solstice site.
- No refund or credit is available if you cancel on the first day of the event, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason.
Death or Illness
- If an emergency situation occurs after the cut-off dates for a refund, such as death in family or serious illness, you must fill out the credit form by the last day of the event. Only credits will be given, no credit card refunds.
- If an emergency situation occurs after the cut-off dates for a credit, such as death in family or serious illness, you must email or mail your request for cancellation to Customer Service by the last day of the event in order to be considered for a credit. In some situations, we may ask for written documentation of the emergency situation.
Service Exchange Policies
- No refunds will be given to Service Exchange Registrants unless they have contacted both Customer Service and the Area Manager in written form (email) by Dec. 1st.
- If you have been offered and have accepted a Service Exchange position, you may receive a refund until Dec. 1st, and a credit until Dec. 15th.
- You must submit your refund form online or by mail by Dec. 1st. You must submit your credit form by Dec. 15th.
- After Dec. 15th, only credits will be administered and can only be processed with due cause for cancellation. No credit applications will be accepted after the event ends on Dec. 22nd, and you forfeit your registration fee.
You must fill out either the Refund or Credit form online for validation, whether or not you verbally talked with a 3HO Representative. If you do not have access to a computer, send cancellation requests by the above noted dates to our mailing address:

If an emergency situation arises after the credit deadline, such as a death in the family or serious illness, you must email or mail your cancellation request to Customer Service before the last day of the event and a credit will be issued if approved. In some cases, written documentation of the emergency situation may be required.
Reembolsos y Créditos

No se darán reembolsos ni créditos a los participantes una vez que hayan ingresado a las instalaciones del Solsticio. Ningún reembolso o crédito está disponible si tu:

- No te presentas al evento.
- Te retiras del evento antes de que termine por cualquier motivo.

- Un cargo de $50 por trámite será deducido de la cantidad del reembolso.

Créditos
- Puedes recibir un crédito para un evento futuro de 3HO si llenas un Formato de Crédito del 1 de Diciembre a 15 de Diciembre.
- Tu crédito será válido para cualquier evento de 3HO, un año después de la fecha de emisión. Por favor espera de 4–6 semanas para que procesemos tu solicitud de crédito.
- Un cargo de $50 por trámite será deducido de la cantidad del reembolso.

Excepciones para el Intercambio de Servicio
- Si se te ha ofrecido y haz aceptado una posición en el Intercambio de Servicio y necesitas cancelar después del 1 de Diciembre, puedes recibir un reembolso.
- Debes de llenar un Formato de Reembolso en línea antes del 15 de Diciembre.
- Cualquier Formato recibido después del inicio del evento serán solamente para créditos, y no se aceptarán solicitudes después de que termine el evento el 22 de Diciembre.
