Kundalini Research Institute was Founded

The Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) was founded by Yogi Bhajan with the assistance of Gurucharan Singh (a volunteer and KRI’s first Director) at the Guru Gobind Singh Shakti Sadan Ashram in Pomona, CA, on February 1, 1972. Its purpose was to provide teacher training certification in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan™ and engage in yoga research and publishing.

The official website kundaliniresearchinstitute.org/ has an online store offering hundreds of Kundalini Yoga publications.

KRI provides a searchable database of thousands of Yogi Bhajan’s lectures and yoga classes called The Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings, libraryofteachings.com/.

Their Teacher Training programs have certified Kundalini Yoga teachers and trainers around the world.
