Sat Nam, my name is Heather, and I’m from California.

My favorite Kundalini Yoga practice is developing the Neutral Mind.

I’m someone who feels emotions pretty strongly, so this practice has really helped me ground myself and find stillness within.

It has helped me become more skillful in making decisions, and in being good to those around me.
