Do you have trouble sleeping at night?

This meditation was practiced for 31 minutes in a sleep trial for chronic insomnia at Harvard Medical School, where they observed significant improvements in sleep.

It’s called “Shabad Kriya for Deep, Relaxing Sleep.”

You can practice from 15 to 61 minutes, ideally before going to bed.
