White Tantric Yoga®
Have you ever taken one hour to slowly eat an orange, or lain down with your partner to say awesome things about each other? This was White Tantric Yoga this Solstice—the most fun Tantric I have ever experienced. It is easy to do Tantric when it is like this.
But the last day was hardcore! 💪 Forget it, no pity. Even though it was very tough, hundreds of people made it to the end.
By all means, it was a magical experience—also because of the rain. What a gift to have the spiritual work expressed in the heavens, sending rain over us at the exact moment of greatest concentration.
Yes, you are at Tantric. The energy just keeps going up, the meditation gets deeper, and then the rain comes at the exact moment, creating a chorus between hundreds of people singing a mantra in unison and the drumming of the drops over the metallic roofs of the Tantric Shelters.
The tale says that when locals see rain coming out of nowhere around the Summer Solstice dates, they say, “Oh, they must be up in the mountains doing their thing.”
And there we were!
Here are a few photos from the three days of WTY
Blind Walk
After three days of looking within, the Blind Walk was the perfect way to close the experience: letting go of control, trusting the path, and remembering that even when we cannot see, we are not walking alone.
Peace Prayer Day & Peace Walk
Peace Prayer Day brought everyone together around one intention: peace. Through live music, kirtan, dance, meditation, and prayer, the community shared a day that felt open to everyone, beyond countries, beliefs, and backgrounds.
The Sacred Healing Walk brought that intention into the body. Walking together, guided by drums, music, and prayer, each step became an offering—for our own healing, for our communities, and for the world.
At Solstice, peace is not only something we talk about. For a moment, hundreds of people walk it together.
Gurdwara
We had Gurdwara every day at Solstice—a moment to gather in devotion, listen to kirtan, bow before the Guru, and begin the day connected with the sangat.
On Sunday, we celebrated a very special Gurdwara, the most important one of the year at Ram Das Puri for the Española community. Many people came up the mountain to join us, filling the space with prayer, music, and devotion.
We also shared a Rainsabaee, a beautiful night of kirtan that allowed the community to go deeper into the sacred sound current and the experience of being together.
Rensabhai
Rensabhai is an all-night gathering dedicated to continuous kirtan, meditation, and devotion. Through music and mantra, the community stayed connected to the sacred sound current, sharing a space of deep meditation, joy, and togetherness.

IKYTA Day
On the International Day of Yoga, Sunday, June 21, we celebrated IKYTA Day.
It was a special moment to celebrate and uplift Kundalini Yoga teachers from around the world. Teachers came together to connect, share, and strengthen our global community, honoring the service they bring to their local communities.
More than a class, it felt like a meeting point for the international sangat—a space to reflect on IKYTA’s role today and how we can continue sharing Kundalini Yoga with integrity, clarity, and heart.

Radiant Faces of Solstice
Everywhere you look, you find someone to share a smile with. Here are the radiant faces from this year’s event.
Kids Bonding
It was a first for me at Solstice. The kids were really bonding. You normally see different groups, with kids scattered around doing different things, but this year the kids were like a pack—all together most of the time, sharing and laughing. It was a unique moment.
Led by Karina Skye and a group of parents, Kids Camp was full of activities for the children.
Seeing our children relax, away from their screens and in connection with nature and the community, is all I need to make my day.
The Kitchen
Short-staffed, but full of love.
This year, working in the kitchen was hard labor. Unfortunately, we didn’t have all the people we needed, but we did have all the support we needed to carry on and keep up!
Led by Hari Narayan Singh from Mexico, the food this year was applauded 👏 by the majority.
A Living Community Mural
Art also had its own space at Solstice. Led by Siri Gopal from California, this was the second year of a community mural that continues to grow through the contributions of the sangat.
People brought different elements to be added to the artwork, making it a piece that is not created in a single moment, but built over time—one Solstice after another.
This year was its second edition. You are invited to bring something to the next Summer Solstice and help us create the third part of this living community artwork.
The Nature of Ram Das Puri
This year, the weather conditions were a little harder than last year. We could really feel the dryness of the desert, and because of that, every meal and every encounter with the natural elements—especially water—felt like a gift.
Being up in the mountains, it is extremely important to take care of ourselves: drink enough water, replenish our electrolytes, rest when needed, and pay attention to our bodies.
The desert can be intense, but it also gives us unforgettable beauty. Here is a selection of images of the beautiful sunsets at Ram Das Puri.
Do You Want to Experience This?
We are already preparing for Winter Solstice! Find all the information about this upcoming event here.
Winter Solstice is a cozy year-end gathering and one of the most important Kundalini Yoga events for the 3HO community. Every year, people from around the world gather in Florida to step away from the craziness of the final days of the year.
We meditate, come together as a family, enjoy delicious meals, gather around the campfire, and give the year the best closing we could possibly have. There is simply nothing better.
And more Photos!
Here are some more moments from Solstice—the smiles, encounters, quiet pauses, laughter, and little pieces of daily life that made this celebration so special.
With Deep Gratitude 🙏
Before closing, we want to offer our deepest gratitude to everyone who makes Solstice possible year after year
First of all, thank you to the Setup Crew, who arrives before everyone else to prepare the land and build the spaces that will become our home. Thank you to all the managers, Service Exchange participants, volunteers, and every person serving in the kitchen and across each of the different teams.
Thank you to the teachers and musicians who share their knowledge, practice, devotion, and creativity with the community. Thank you to the 3HO team, which spends practically the entire year organizing and preparing these events.

And thank you to the community for existing—for showing up, practicing, serving, sharing, and creating this family together. Solstice is possible because of every person who brings their energy and chooses to serve.
