The One Minute Breath

This is a very effective, advanced pranayam. The One Minute Breath optimizes the cooperation between the left and right brain hemispheres. There is an experience of great calmness and openness to spiritual experience. Intuition is developed. The whole brain works – especially the brain stem and the frontal lobes.
