The sample size was not large enough (due to the COVID-19 Pandemic) for findings to be conclusive; however, data did show that participants in the group which listened to an 11-minute recorded gong meditation daily for 2 weeks reported statistically significant reductions in trait anxiety compared to the group that listened to a recording of water sounds in nature. Dr. Khalsa’s gong meditations combine a variety of gongs, mallets, bells, and other tools and are intended to create a deep connection with one’s subconscious healing energies.

Yogic Group Manifestation – Creating a New World Together as One Consciousness
(@ Tantric Shelter)
Kriya
With Rainer Perry.
Based on KRI’s latest book, “Manifestation from Oneness – The Book of Yoga and Meditation,” this practice takes Kundalini Yoga to another level. It’s about achieving yoga’s true goal—identifying as pure consciousness—and then applying that consciousness as a focused group to create a new world as collective creators beyond our individual identities. Taught by the author of the book, this class helps us shed our false identities so we can take the next step together in deep meditation to work on a common goal in the spiritual realm where creativity is infinite, to achieve things that benefit all but seem almost unreachable in the physical world today. |

Finding the Courage in the Kindness of the Heart
(@ Shuniya Shelter)
Kriya
With Chris Maanas.
“In a world where you can be anything, be kind.” We’ll awaken the power of the lower triangle, elevate that energy upward, and tap into the inner strength and courage that already live within you. Together, we’ll open the doors to the fearless, compassionate heart—the heart of the lion or lioness inside each of us. A heart that knows how to serve, how to hold space, and how to stand firm in compassion. Moving through intentional bodywork and a powerful meditation, we’ll embody Nirbhau (fearless) and Nirvair (without hate). Expect grounding movement, navel point activation, and a heart-expanding meditative journey. |

The Ultimate Victory: Truth Through Sound and Silence
(@ Shuniya Shelter)
Meditation
With Jot Simrit.
This class uses Kriya, Sound and Meditation to awaken your subtle body and pranic sound current, cultivating a conscious warrior spirit. We will dissolve energetic blocks and awaken inner divine strength. Through this sacred sound practice, find union with the cosmic silence and experience the ultimate Victory of Truth, which is already established in your soul. We create a mantra-powered vehicle to carry us to this Truth. In quiet moments of meditative silence, we break through karma, discover our divine sound current, and embrace fearless expression. We begin by moving the body and claiming the mind before moving into a deep mediation, in preparation for three days of White Tantra practice. |

What is peanut hour? YB said that women can be our own psychologists – we just need to get together regularly and talk about what’s happening in our lives (while having a snack). So come be in the company of your fellow sisters on this journey of life while we eat our lunches. We will support and celebrate each other. Leaning in to say YES! to all that life is serving to us… while also leaning in to serve life. Expect laughter, tears, heart-felt shares and hugs (with consent!) while being held in confidential container we weave together with our collective heart. We may get playful and/or dance after we eat our lunch. Please collect your food from the dinning hall and we’ll eat together in a designated location. Wahe Guru! |

Meet in the dining hall, and a location will be traversed to. If it is weather permitting this will be outside. Yogi Bhajan said that if you do daily Sadhana and Winter and Summer Solstices, your life will work out. So how do I create a daily practice? How do I find the motivation to wake up and do daily yoga and meditation? I know I should do it, but everything else just seems so much more important. I will start tomorrow. No matter what the excuse, something inside us knows the truth. “That for me to live my destiny, it is time to make a daily practice”. This class is exactly about how to create a daily practice that works. |

Gurdwara
Gurdwara is a sacred space of Shabad (sound current), sangat (community), and seva (service). Whether this is your first time or a treasured tradition, you’re invited to sit together in remembrance, sing the Naam, and bathe the mind in Gurbani kirtan. All are welcome. |
