Be a Service Exchange

The Service Exchange Program offers a meaningful way to attend the 3HO Winter Solstice Sadhana Celebration 2025 by contributing your energy through selfless service, also known as Seva. Participants commit to working a set number of hours in exchange for a discounted ticket price.

We offer a wide range of Seva positions, from setup and cleanup to kitchen and meal service, childcare, security, and more. Each role plays a vital part in making this sacred gathering happen.

What You’ll Receive

In exchange for your Seva, you’ll receive:

  • A discounted full-event pass
  • Early access to the event grounds

Requirements

  • You must be available for all assigned shifts (before, during, and/or after the event depending on your role).
  • You must attend a Service Exchange orientation meeting upon arrival and online before the event.
  • Positions are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • ARRIVAL DATES
  • Service Exchange members arrive by 6pm on Monday, December 15th in order to be ready to serve starting on Tuesday, December 16th.
  • Exceptions: Set-up/Breakdown Crew 
  • Arrive on Sunday, December 14th to start work on Monday, December 15th. Depart Tuesday, December 23rd. (unless otherwise acknowledged by management)
  • Admin, Gatekeepers, and Luggage 
  • Arrive by 3pm on Sunday, December 14th, to start on Monday, December 15th at 9am. Depart Tuesday, December 23rd after 1pm.

All Service Exchanges are required to register by November 30th, 2025. If you plan to register after this date please communicate that to your manager or you will be subject to a higher attendance price. The Service Exchange goes up $25 starting December1st.

Refunds will only be issued until November 30th, 2025. Cancellations after the 30th will be given credit toward future events. No refunds or cancellations are given after November 30th, 2025. Refunds must be requested in writing by the above date. Reach out to [email protected].

BE ADVISED: For exchanges who miss any days between December 15th-22nd without prior approval, 3HO reserves the right to charge $54 for each day you are not present with the team. Please communicate directly with your manager for unforeseen events if they occur that prevent you from arriving on time.
