Rejuvenation Meditation

This meditation focuses on the glandular system, the guardian of health. While it is not a replacement for other forms of medicine and care, it can open the natural healing capacity of your body and help the system to fight disease.

Be careful to start slowly with this pranayam. It can make you very spacey and dreamy, and is best practiced before going to bed. If you master it, you will reach a new understanding of why the yogis and sages call the breath the energy of life.
