Kriya for Balancing the Pineal, Pituitary, and Hypothalamus

This kriya, Kundalini Yoga for Balancing the Pineal, Pituitary, and Hypothalamus, promotes a cooperation between the hypothalamus, pituitary, and pineal called the trinity of the life psyche. The three mantras and three kriyas work to balance the hypothalamus, pituitary, and pineal glands. Kundalini Yoga is a simple, methodical system to reach a reserve power of the psyche to develop and live by.

Before you begin your practice, tune-in by chanting the mantra Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
