Heart Seal Meditation

Use the Heart Seal Meditation to consolidate and seal the sense of your Self at the Heart Center. Become humble, joyous, content, and conscious before all this vastness. Rest in simplicity; practice alertness with a full heart, and bless all. Bless your Self; bless your friends and enemies; bless all that is known to you; bless all that is unknown. Be clear, crystal clear.

Remember to tune in with the Adi Mantra (“Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo”) before all Kundalini Yoga practice, and end with the “Long Time Sun Shine” song.
