Cannon Breath

Cannon Breath is a powerful exhalation from the navel point through the mouth. The cheeks are firm, and the pressure of the breath passes over the tongue and out the mouth, with no bulging of the cheeks. It is sometimes done at the end of an exercise. In some kriyas, it is a continuous, powerful breath through the mouth, similar to Breath of Fire, and strengthens the parasympathetic nerves and adjusts the digestion.
