Breath of Ten Meditation to Become Dis-Ease Free

This meditation looks very simple, but is said to tune your biorhythm and magnetic field. It works to trigger the command center and ask your immune system to wake up. 

Breath of Ten is similar to breath of fire, working towards a disease-free body, enhanced intuition, and an absolutely meditative mind. It requires practice. When originally taught, it was said that if this exercise is done for 11 minutes, it puts the entire chakra system in rhythm. 

Before you begin your practice, tune-in by chanting the mantra Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
