The Yogi Mobile is a Community Rideshare Shuttle Service, which means people arriving or leaving around the same time can join a group and receive a group rate for the ride. Solo rides are also available but usually are more expensive and depend on the availability of a driver.
Availability
The Yogi Mobile serves Orlando and Tampa airports as well as most residential addresses and hotels in the area. For other areas in the state, including Miami or Jacksonville, rides can usually be arranged but are subject to the availability of shuttles. It is best to check ahead of time for possible groups that are forming and reserve early. Generally the more flexibility you have with arriving or leaving, the easier it is to schedule longer rides within the state.
24/7 service is offered, though those arriving to camp after registration closes should check with 3HO administration and let them know. You will need your I.D. and registration at the gate.
The 16th and 22nd are the busiest days for shuttles and schedules are often set early. It is best to reserve early.

Costs will depend on the number in your group and time and location. You can contact us for better estimates.We often do a pre-event Miami run coming up to solstice and a return to the Miami area on the last day.
Payment
The Yogi Mobile accepts Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Checks, Credit Cards (with a 3.5% service fee) or for some rides on non busy days, cash. Most rides will need to be paid in advance before you arrive. All rides are refundable with a 48 hour notice or in the case of an emergency.
Reserving and Arriving
After you contact me I will try to get you into a group coming in or leaving around the same time as you. Usually within an hour or two of your arrival. If its going to be longer than this I will let you know and we can discuss other options. Most departures from Camp Geneva back to the airports try to leave camp at least 4 hours before your departure. If you need more time let me know.
Two or three days before you arrive (and also leave the camp) I will send a confirmation email for your pickup location either at the airport or wherever I am picking you up at (your trips should be paid for by this time). Most pickups at Orlando (MCO) are at the very last doors to your right in the Arriving Passenger Pickup Area (curbside just outside where you get your bags). More specific pickup instructions will be in your confirmation email.
Pickup information will include your driver’s contact information, the names of others in your group and what time to be at the pickup location. If your flight is going to be delayed or any other issues arise for you please let your driver know as soon as possible and we will try to make other arrangements. Generally we can only wait up to a half hour for delayed flights if your scheduled in a group. Then we may have to schedule you in a later shuttle or make other arrangements.
