With this 2-part kriya that includes a warm up and a meditation, you can develop the capacity to intuitively tap into opportunities. It may take a couple of months to bring this meditation under your control, but it is said that if you do this meditation for 90 days, it can activate your brain so that you can know exactly what is what. It can make it intuitively possible for you to live creatively to your own potential and to tap the opportunities around you.
Before you begin your practice, tune-in by chanting the mantra Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
How to chant the mantra Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
Sit in Easy Pose with your spine straight. Press your palms together in Prayer Pose at the center of the chest, sides of the thumbs pressed against the sternum. With your eyes closed, focus your concentration at the Third Eye Point located between the eyebrows at the root of the nose, about a half inch under the skin. Inhale deeply and as you exhale chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, on one breath. The sound Dev is chanted a minor third higher than the other sounds. If you cannot chant it all on one breath, take a short breath after Ong Namo. Repeat the mantra three times. The meaning of Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo is: I call on the creative infinite consciousness of the universe. I call on the divine wisdom within me.
Warm Up
This exercise clears out the lymph glands in the upper chest, makes the heart healthy, and is good for the breast area. It works on the left and right hemispheres of the brain, creating a balance between them. It will make you quick to know what to do.
Posture: Sit in Easy Pose
Mudra & Movement: Relax your arms at your sides with your palms facing forward. Alternately bend each elbow, bringing the palms toward the center of your chest, but do not touch your chest. Do not bend the wrists or hands. Move as rapidly as you can and maintain a balance in the rhythmic motion of your hands.
Time
Continue for 3-11 minutes as a warm-up for the following meditation. If you wish to practice this exercise on its own, do it for 10 or 15 minutes every morning.
