21 Stages of Meditation
English
21 Stages of Meditation is a rare, in-person immersion into a progressive map of consciousness that guides you from mental refinement to expanded awareness and realization. Held at Suryalila Retreat Centre in the sunny Andalusian countryside of southern Spain (March 14–19, 2026), this experience invites dedicated practitioners and teachers from all traditions to deepen their practice through disciplined, embodied meditation.
Set among rolling hills and open skies, the land’s warmth and quiet spaciousness naturally support deep practice and integration.
Over six days, you’ll move through the stages step by step—releasing habitual mental patterns, cultivating clarity and steadiness, and learning how to remain present within action and relationship. Rooted in the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, this immersion explores meditation as a structured journey of awareness, not a vague theory or shallow practice.
If you feel a quiet inner yes, this may be your invitation.
