Banana Whey Smoothie for Children

This simple smoothie is said to promote growth and strong bones in children. "Feed them this and they'll grow like bamboo shoots."

1 ripe banana

4 oz fresh fruit juice

4 oz whey

5 drops raw almond oil

5 drops raw sesame oil

1 tsp cooked honey (optional)

Peel and slice the banana. Scrape the white strings off the inside of the peel. Place banana, strings, and all other ingredients in the blender. Blend at medium speed. Makes 2 servings.
