Apana is the eliminative energy. Too little or too much can create problems in accomplishing and bringing things to completion. This kriya is one of the Three Kriyas to Become a Man, originally taught in 1985. Although it was initially taught to men, it can be practiced by anyone of any gender.
Meditate to clear your mind of distracting thoughts and attachments. Become still and use the beaming quality of the mind to project and create your future.
Practicing this meditation affirms our purity, grace, and mastery, and thereby our worthiness to receive. This is an affirmation to hold in consciousness as a guideline for our lives.
This kriya works to strengthen the Subtle Body and also the Arcline, which influences both your ability to receive intuitive information, and the power of the information you are sending out. In addition to these benefits, it is said to give you a bright, shining countenance.
This mantra is said to attract prosperity and dispel negativity. An attitude of gratitude creates an upward spiral of positivity, moving us toward prosperity.
With this 2-part kriya that includes a warm up and a meditation, you can develop the capacity to intuitively tap into opportunities.
