A Short and Sweet Kriya to Get the Energy Moving
This is a simple kriya (set of exercises). It only takes 22 minutes, gets your energy moving, and makes the back feel great. It is a good series to do after you wake up in the morning or before bed at night, easily adding a yoga routine in your life.
