Cancellation Policy

Our hearts go out to each of you at this time of great upheaval and challenge. We're sending you our wishes of health for yourself, all your loved ones, your communities, and the world.

In response to the public health challenge and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we have decided to cancel all of our in-person events for 2020: Summer Solstice Sadhana Celebration, International Women's Camp, Khalsa Youth Camp and now, most recently, Winter Solstice Sadhana Celebration.

We will, however, be holding space for two virtual events: a 1-day September e-Equinox on the 19th, as well as a 3-day December e-Solstice Summit.

We have enjoyed supporting our community online with Kundalini Yoga and look forward to continuing to do so through these future events and our other channels.

NOTE: In response to the very real public health challenge of COVID-19, we have decided to cancel all our in-person Summer 2020 events: Summer Solstice Sadhana, International Women's Camp, and Khalsa Youth Camp.

 

We will be providing full refunds and we ask for your patience with the process given the numbers of registrations we need to refund.  Cancelling these events will have a large financial impact on our organization.  We also ask that if you would like to support 3HO financially during this challenging time, you can choose to "pay it forward" and your registration fee will be credited towards Winter Solstice 2020, a future 3HO event, or a donation to help 3HO in this time of financial challenge.

1. Refunds

  • You may receive a refund if you fill out a Refund Form by May 31st. After this date there will be no refunds.
  • A $50 processing fee will be charged for any refunds or credits for cancellations.

 2. Credits

  • You may receive credit towards a future 3HO event if you fill out a Credit Request Application between the dates of June 1st and June 18th.
  • Approved credits will receive an event credit code that may be applied to a Solstice Sadhana Celebration, International Women's Camp, or Khalsa Youth Camp for one year following date of issue. You must register with your credit code before the first day of any future event. 

3. No-Show Policy

  • No refunds or credits will be given to participants once they have entered the Solstice Sadhana site. No refund or credit is available if you cancel on the first day of the event, if you do not show up, or if you leave an event early for any reason.

    • A $50 processing fee will be charged for any refunds or credits.
    • Processing approved refunds and credit applications will take approximately 2 - 6 weeks.
    • You must fill out our online Credit Request Application. If you do not have access to a computer, send cancellation requests by the above noted dates to our mailing address: 3HO Foundation International, P.O. Box 1560, Santa Cruz, NM 87567

4. Death or Illness

  • If an emergency situation occurs after the cut-off dates for credit, such as death in family or serious illness, you must fill out the credit form by the last day of the event. Only credits will be given, no credit card refunds.   
  • If an emergency situation occurs after the cut-off dates for credit, such as death in family or serious illness, you must email or mail your request for cancellation to Customer Service by the last day of the event and you will be given a credit if approved. In some situations, we may ask for written documentation of the emergency situation.

4.  Service Exchange Policies

  • No refunds will be given to Service Exchange Registrants unless they have contacted both Customer Service and the Area Manager in written form (email, fax or letter) by June 1st.
  • If you have been offered and have accepted a Service Exchange position, you may receive a refund until June 1st, and a credit until June 18th. 
  • You must submit your refund form online or by mail by June 1st. You must submit your credit form by June 18th.
  • After June 18th, only credits will be administered and can only be processed with due cause for cancellation.  No credit applications will be accepted after the event ends on June 27th, and you forfeit your registration fee. 

You must fill out either the Refund or Credit form online for validation, whether or not you verbally talked with a 3HO Representative. If you do not have access to a computer, send cancellation requests by the above noted dates to our mailing address:

  1. 1. No se darán reembolsos ni créditos a los participantes una vez que hayan ingresado a las instalaciones del Solsticio. Ningún reembolso o crédito está disponible si tu:

  • No te presentas al evento.

 3. Excepciones para el Intercambio de Servicio

  • Cualquier Formato recibido después del inicio del evento serán solamente para créditos, y no se aceptarán solicitudes después de que termine el evento el 27 de Junio.

  Deberás llenar el Formato de Crédito o de Reembolso en línea para su validación, ya sea que hayas hablado o no con una persona Representativa de 3HO. Si no tienes acceso a una computadora, envía una solicitud de cancelación en las fechas indicadas anteriormente a la siguiente dirección:

Si una situación de emergencia se presenta después de la fecha límite para el crédito, como el fallecimiento de algún familiar o una enfermedad grave, deberás enviar un email o enviar por correo tu solicitud de cancelación a Servicio a Clientes antes del último día del evento y se te dará un crédito en caso de ser aprobado. En algunos casos, es posible que sea solicitado algún documento por escrito de la situación de emergencia.
