Teach at Solstice

Share. Guide. Uplift.

At the heart of the 3HO Winter Solstice Sadhana Celebration is the spirit of Seva—selfless service. Our Teachers bring the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga, kriyas, meditations, and Aquarian-era teachings to life. Whether you’re returning as a seasoned guide or stepping up to teach for the first time, we welcome your expertise and devotion.

Please note: Only KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga Teachers are eligible to teach at Winter Solstice.

What is a Teacher?

A Teacher at Winter Solstice shares transformational practices—delivering lectures, kriya sequences, meditations, workshops, and discussions. You guide participants through physical, mental, and spiritual tools to expand awareness, elevate energy, and foster deep community connection.

Teaching roles require clear communication, presence, and sensitivity to the group’s needs. Our Teachers collaborate closely with the Program Team to weave their offerings seamlessly into the Solstice schedule.

Available Teaching Opportunities

Below are the primary teaching tracks—select one (or more) based on your expertise:

1. Lecture Class

Deliver an engaging 60- to 90-minute talk on a topic related to this year’s topic. Mostly lecture (about 80%), with up to 20% meditation.

2. Kriya & Meditation Class

Kundalini Yoga class, mostly practice (80%) with up to 20% lecture. Guide a full kriya set (60–90 minutes) followed by a group meditation, offering participants a direct experiential practice related to this year’s topic.

3. Aquarian Sadhana Kriya

This option requires having experience teaching Aquarian Sadhana in person with groups.
