Charansev Kaur

Charansev Kaur Khalsa is from Viña del Mar, Chile. She was trained as a marketing engineer and is currently working in a real estate and construction company. She serves as a board member at Sikh Dharma Chile, Sikh Dharma International and as the chairperson of Breathe Global. By Guru’s Grace, she had the blessing to be trained in Shabad Guru and Kirtan by Ustad Narinder Singh in India.

Chief has been a Kundalini Yoga practitioner for fourteen years. He took to the prescription of daily practice and winter and summer solstice to reach his higher self. Loves teaching yoga and inspiring all to live in peace.

Dev Atma Kaur

Theresa Banks ~ Dev Atma Kaur is devoted to sharing yoga’s transformative teachings with the community and fills her classes with love, light and commitment. Currently she is completing the Dying Into Life Journey (DILJ) Teacher Trainer program, while also teaching in their Level 1 trainings and offering workshops to inspire people to experience Jiwan Mukht, liberation while alive.

Dharam Dev Kaur

Dharam Dev Kaur took her first Kundalini Yoga class in 1971 in Los Angeles, California. She is a Lead Trainer and was a partner at a Kundalini Yoga studio in Santa Monica. She has taught weekly classes and at Teacher Trainings in Hollywood, WLA, San Diego, Utah and Mexico. Through compassion and humor, she delivers the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga in a friendly and joyous manner. With a heart forever young, she relates to the new generation of truth seekers and expresses the deepest wisdom of Yogi Bhajan Teachings in the simplest language. Dharam Dev Kaur has a BFA in Dance, MA in Clinical Psychology, and is a Marriage and Family Counselor.

Dr. Alan Weiss

As a teenager, Alan met Yogi Bhajan and became a Kundalini yoga teacher. He enjoys sharing what he has learned about kundalini yoga complimented by a career as a medical doctor and surgeon.

Dr. Haridass Kaur

Dr. Siri Atma Singh

Siri Atma S Khalsa M.D. has been a student of Yogi Bhajan for more than 40 years. He was a hospitalist for more than 30 years, in addition to a clinical private practice. In addition to Internal Medicine he has studied Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Herbology and Acupuncture. He practices permaculture on a 1 acre food forest in Santa Barbara, CA with more than 800 fruit trees, all grown from seed and grafted to the desired varieties. He still finds time to go surfing with his friends and occasionally kiteboarding and windsurfing.

Dyal Gobinde Singh

Laurence, Dyal Gobinde Singh (Lion, Sustainer of Compassionate Grace), is an Evanston Native and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2016. Ever since it came into his world, through a Kundalini Awakening in 2014, he’s been graced by the practice of yoga and continues to find new, better ways to learn, grow, serve, share, teach, surrender to and inspire through that same power of evolutionary yogic grace. He received his 200hr kundalini teacher training in New Mexico in 2016. In 2020 he received his 600hr Healing Arts Training in Crestone, Colorado. In 2021, he began humbly walking the Beauty Way, path of the Red Road, and is a student of Curanderismo, original indigenous healing wisdoms. All these paths have served him in surrendering more to his soul, creator, and the beauty of life, perhaps none more so than Kundalini and White Tantric Yoga.

Gurprasad Kaur

Gurprasad Kaur Khalsa has been blessed to walk the spiritual path of Sikh Dharma these past 38 years, by the grace of Guru Ram Das ji and through the guidance and teachings of the Siri Singh Sahib ji, Yogi Bhajan. Besides being a seeker of Truth, she is a minister and Kundalini yoga teacher, a meditationpractitioner, a wife and mother, a retired LAUSD school teacher, and most importantly, a grateful spiritual being having a joyful human experience.

Guru Dain Singh

Gurudain Singh is a vibrant teenager with a passion for sports. Currently a student at MPA Boarding School, he is dedicated to both his academic and athletic pursuits. Residing in the culturally rich city of Amritsar, India, Gurudain finds inspiration in his surroundings and the vibrant local community. His enthusiasm for sports drives him to excel in various disciplines, making him a well-rounded and dynamic individual. Gurudain’s commitment to his education and his love for sports reflect his determination to achieve excellence in all areas of his life.

Guru Fatha Singh

Guru Fatha Singh Khalsa, a dedicated student of Yogi Bhajan, is an author, teacher of Kundalini Yoga, and veteran activist. He has written several authoritative texts and co-authored academic papers on Kundalini Yoga. His activism includes securing the right for turbaned Sikhs to serve in the Canadian Armed Forces, initiating Peace Week at the University of Toronto, and co-producing the Climate Crisis Anthem music video. He has taught classes and workshops globally and conducted trauma training sessions in Frankfurt and Bogota. His collaborative research with Dr. Farah Jindani explores Kundalini Yoga as a treatment for PTSD. Notable works include “Messenger from the Guru’s House,” “Five Paragons of Peace,” “The Essential Gursikh Yogi,” and “The Five Parts of Fire.”

Guru Shabad Singh de Santis

Guru Shabad Singh Khalsa De Santis, hailing from Rome, Italy, is a 3rd dan in judo and Jiu Jitsu. He served as Yogi Bhajan’s bodyguard during his travels to Italy and is the first Level III Kundalini Yoga teacher in the country. Under Yogi Bhajan’s direction, he learned Gatka from Baba Nihal Singh and has been teaching it globally for the past 40 years. Inspired by Yogi Bhajan, he developed “Sword Therapy” and crafted two swords donated to Sikh Dharma. When asked why two swords, Yogi Bhajan replied, “Because one is mine and one is yours, so every time you use the sword you will know that I am always beside you.”

Gurubachan Singh

Singh Sahib Gurubachan Singh Khalsa is a global Kundalini Yoga teacher and successful businessman, having traveled to over 60 countries to teach humanology and meditation. A student of Yogi Bhajan for 36 years and his personal assistant, he has led stress management seminars for corporations, government agencies, and non-profits worldwide, including the National Police in several Latin American countries and executives from Coca Cola, Nextel, and top banks. He has also taught at the Catholic University and spoken at the National Congress of Chile. Before the pandemic, he lectured throughout China, Asia, Central, and South America. Currently, he teaches via Zoom in South America, Asia, and Ukraine. Formerly the President of Khalsa Trading Company Inc., he combines his yogic practice with a degree in International Business. He resides in New Mexico with his wife, three children, and four grandchildren.

Gurudaya Kaur

Gurudaya Kaur has been a student of kundalini yoga for 50 years. She has her master’s degree in exercise physiology from Boston University. When diagnosed with osteoporosis she began researching how to overcome this condition naturally.

Gurumeet Kaur

S.S. Gurumeet Kaur Khalsa, E.R.Y.T 500, is a Minister of Divinity of Sikh Dharma, Director of Create Inner Peace, and Professional Teacher Trainer of Kundalini Yoga. She is an Associate Trainer of SuperHealth and Certified Magi Counselor in numerology. Gurumeet specializes in yogic technology to manage stress, recover from post traumatic stress, heal addictions, and take control of our own health and well being.

GuruPrem Singh

GuruPrem Singh is an expert on body awareness in relationship to personal growth, he has worked for over 40 years at the Khalsa Medical in Beverly Hills, as a teacher, structural, breath, Yogic and Massage Therapist. He is the author of three books, “The Heart Rules”, “Divine Alignment” and Everyday Devotion: The Heart of Being! His story of becoming a yogi, sikh minister and musician. He is a KRI certified Teacher Trainer and has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 4 decades. He is also a musician, producer and composer, some of his most popular titles: Tantric Har & Tantric Sa Ta Na Ma with Simran & GuruPrem, many mantras used in WTY by Nirinjan Kaur and much more!

Har Tirath Kaur

Har Tirath Kaur Khalsa founded Centro Caminos Al Infinito in 2009 and directs Ashram Luján and its Gurdwara Sahib Sri Guru Gobind Singh. An International Minister of Sikh Dharma, she also founded Argentina’s Association of Kundalini Yoga Teachers. As a Kundalini Yoga Instructor Trainer, she teaches Yogi Bhajan’s methods and organizes various trainings and workshops. A Holistic and Equine Therapist, she offers Family Constellations, Horse-Assisted Healing, Leadership Courses, and Women’s Retreats. She also organizes the annual Khalsa Retreat and Vaisakhi Festival, guides global Yatras, and directs training for holistic healers. Passionate about music, nature, and horses, she is also a trained actress and theater director.

Harsimran Singh

Harsimran took his first Kundalini Yoga class in 1977. In 2000 he started teaching after completing teacher training then. He has taught most every week since then and attended 45+ Solstices, teaching at several of those. Now a retired engineer, he spends a lot of time down on his family farm working & meditating!

JivanJoti Kaur

JivanJoti Kaur Khalsa PhD in Psychology, studied with Yogi Bhajan since 1970 and travelled the world teaching Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Healing. She has written three books, The Art of Making Sex Sacred, Editions 1, 2; The Yoga of Aging and Chronic Illness; and Dying Into Life: The Yoga of Death, Loss and Transformation, Editions 1, 2. Now, in the last chapter of her life, she is focusing on teaching about issues around aging, chronic illness and preparing for our last great adventure, death.

Karina Skye

Karina Skye, an internationally renowned recording artist from Brazil, is a prolific multi-instrumentalist with over 150 releases in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Gurmukhi. Additionally, she is an experienced Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher (ERYT500 IKYTA) and the founder of Modern Yoga Academy. Karina is also an author, penning titles like “My Mind Is My Best Friend: Mindfulness for Kids” and “365 Days of Mindfulness”. As the CEO of Unlimited Skye Records, she continues to thrive as a recording artist and producer.

Karuna

Karuna, based in Boulder, CO, infuses every Kundalini Yoga practice with her unique blend of compassion, enthusiasm, and joy. Offering personalized, one-on-one sessions, she also conducts themed weekend intensives on topics like relationships, women’s issues, and mastering challenges. She hosts special events and retreats worldwide, including an annual Reboot Retreat in Costa Rica. Certified in teaching yoga to children, teenagers, and prenatal moms, she has taught in the Santa Monica/Malibu school system, ranging from second graders to high school students. Karuna remains an Associate Level Trainer in the Aquarian Trainer Academy, organizing teacher training programs in collaboration with Kundalini Research Institute Lead Teachers.

Kirti Kaur

Originally from Rome, Italy, Kirti Kaur Khalsa speaks five languages and has been a KY practitioner for 40 years. She has also studied Gatka and Qi Gong for many years. After working in the travel industry and the pharmaceutical industry, she became the co-founder of the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF) in Tucson, AZ in 1993. ARPF is the first organization to study yoga and a holistic approach to the prevention of cognitive decline and Alzheimer’s disease. In fact, since 2003 ARPF has been funding research on Kirtan Kriya, which has shown wonderful benefits to the brain, memory and overall health. This breakthrough research took place at leading academic medical centers such as UCLA, University of Pennsylvania, University of Arizona and West Virginia University. This work has been published in many prestigious journals, including the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease. Kirti has also guided the ARPF in the development of its Brain Longevity® Therapy Training Program with the goal of training one million therapists in its Four Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention®.

Kulbir Singh

Kulbir Singh teaches with ease that flows with eloquent grace. His way of presenting knowledge with lightness and humor, combined with a depth of compassion for humanity brings rapt attention and an experience of unity in his audiences. Kulbir has served as a personal Ambassador on behalf of the Siri Singh Sahib, Yogi Bhajan (1929-2004) and the Bhai Sahiba, Bibiji Inderjit Kaur, of Sikh Dharma International for most of his life. He has a vision and strong commitment to bridge understanding and cooperation among our global sangat. He a Minister of Divinity of Sikh Dharma, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology. He is an inspiring community leader, serving humanity through spiritual education and the technology of Kundalini Yoga as taught by his father, Yogi Bhajan. Kulbir is passionate about education programs for youth and spearheaded the effort with his father, to acquire the land grant for Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar, India, and then he oversaw the construction of the school. The spirit of seva is in his genes and blood to serve and uplift people of the world.

Livtar Singh

Livtar has been practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga since 1969 when he met Yogi Bhajan. He started the GRD Ashram in Atlanta Ga in 1970 and has been teaching, there at his post, ever since. Livtar Singh has been a musician since early childhood and has been incorporating music and consciousness for decades. Since the first 3HO Solstice in 1970, he has been a huge supporter of the Solstice event and the life changing energy of it.

M.S.S. Hari Dharam Kaur Khalsa

M.S.S. Hari Dharam Kaur Khalsa was appointed Chief Granthi of the Española Gurdwara by the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan, who directed her to share teachings of sound current and Gurmukhi/mantra pronunciation. Sikhs and Seekers from around the world have enjoyed learning with Hari Dharam Kaur, inspiring them to awaken their inner Guru. The Siri Singh Sahib has said that Hari Dharam Kaur brings God on Earth when she reads from the Siri Guru Granth Sahib and that whosoever learns from her will be rewarded on Earth and blessed in the Heavens.

M.S.S. Kirtan Singh Khalsa

MSS Kirtan Singh Khalsa discovered the Guru in 1977 at the Golden Temple Conscious Cookery in Reno, Nevada, while studying music at university. Kundalini Yoga classes and morning Sadhana at the local ashram transformed his life, igniting a deep love for Guru Nanak’s teachings. Guided by Siri Singh Sahib Ji, he served at Guru Ram Das Ashram in Los Angeles from 1981, eventually becoming Secretary of Gurdwara in 1985. Over the years, he welcomed and served guests alongside his wife, Siri Bhrosa Kaur. With a background in sales and marketing, he worked for Golden Temple Restaurants, SGN Food Brokerage, Sunshine Oils, and Yogi Tea. He served on the Sikh Dharma International Board of Directors for over a decade, including seven years as Chair, and on the Yogi Tea Board for six years. Currently serving as COO and Funds Development Director at SDI, he remains dedicated to sharing the bounty of Sikh Dharma and the love of Guru with the world.

Mukta Kaur

Mukta Kaur Khalsa, Ph.D., is the Director of SuperHealth®, a globally recognized program. She holds certifications as a Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor and Licensed Professional Mental Health, Drug and Addictions Counselor. With consultative status at the United Nations’ Economic and Social Council, Mukta leads trainings worldwide on SuperHealth technology for healthcare professionals and yoga teachers. Her extensive publications include research articles and books like “Meditations for Addictive Behavior” and “Healing Addictive Behavior,” alongside SuperHealth manuals.

Nam Hari Kaur

Nam Hari Khalsa has been a professional Numerologist for the past 30 years. She studied directly with Yogi Bhajan from 1993 to 2000, while living in the Espanola NM. community. Nam Hari has written the book “Akara Numerology,” and has taught at the 3HO Solstice celebrations as well as other venues. She additionally writes the monthly Numerology forecast that is presented on the 3HO website. Her approach is highly solution oriented in her personal counseling practice, as well as in teaching this sacred science to others.

Nam Kaur

Nam Kaur served as the founding Executive Director of IKYTA in 1994 and was CEO of KRI for 15 years. With Yogi Bhajan’s guidance she developed the international standard for Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and produced the Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Aquarian Teacher Textbook. Nam Kaur has been a student of Kundalini Yoga since 1973 and is a KRI Certified Professional Teacher Trainer. She is the author of Divine Relationships, and she edited and self-published Dr. Siri Atma’s books, Waves of Healing and Kundalini Yoga for Intuition & Destiny. Nam Kaur and her husband taught in the Master’s Touch Immersions with Yogi Bhajan, and enjoy teaching at Yoga Festivals and Teacher Training programs worldwide.

Nanak Nihal Singh

A student of Guru Dev Singh since an early age born into the household of the Siri Singh Sahib, Nanak Nihal is fortunate to have been raised with the guidance of great masters who have instructed him to become a teacher. There is no path to fully understand the mind, so Nanak Nihal studied the mind not only through inner methods but also through computational & cognitive neuroscience, as well through numerous philosophical traditions. With skeptical spirituality influenced by Buddhist and Greek philosophers, he teaches in a manner that is equally (un)palatable to cynical western minds and spiritually zealous seekers.

Prem Kaur

As a dual American and European citizen, born to a Swedish mother and a Mexican father, I’ve been part of the Sikh Dharma/3HO community since 1984. My service journey began in 1986, spanning Los Angeles, Espanola, Mexico, India (at Miri Piri Academy), and now Spain since 2020. Fluent in seven languages, I’ve dedicated myself to fostering multicultural and multigenerational relationships. My commitment to our Dharmic Teachings drives me to spread our mission and spirit globally. Serving on the 3HO Europe board, I’m grateful for the chance to share my passion for networking and community building.

Rai Singh

Rai Singh is the writer and founder of ComunidadKundalini.com, a pioneering website dedicated to creating a space for the Spanish-speaking Kundalini community. With a deep passion for sharing his experiences in Kundalini yoga and the wisdom of the Siri Guru Granth Sahib. He resides with his family in southern Chile, near the breathtaking region of Patagonia. In addition to his spiritual pursuits, Rai brings years of expertise in digital marketing to his role in the 3HO Marketing Department, where he continues to contribute to the growth and outreach of the Kundalini yoga community.

Raj Karam

Raj Karam (he/they) is a Level 1 & 2 Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with IKYTA and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with Yoga Alliance. They trained at Kundalini Yoga East in New York City and completed Level 2 training with various esteemed teachers. Over 15+ years, Raj Karam has also studied Kriya Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Bikram Yoga. Additionally, they completed Level 1 & 2 Gong Resonance Training with Mike Tamburo. Currently, Raj Karam is a doctoral student at Teachers College Columbia University, researching online Kundalini Yoga training. They teach at Kundalini Yoga East and serve on the Kundalini Research Institute Board. Raj Karam also designs custom malas.

Rajmantra Singh

Rajmantra Singh Khalsa, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, has completed Level One and Level Two Kundalini Yoga training as taught by Yogi Bhajan. He is a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA) and the Academy of Teachers through The Kundalini Research Institute. Rajmantra teaches at Kundalini Yoga East in New York City, where he lives with his husband, Raj Karam. He has completed gong trainings with Mike Tamburo and Gong Master Don Conreaux, and studied Divine Alignment with Simran Kaur Khalsa and Guru Prem Singh Khalsa. His hobbies include home decor, floral design (especially Ikebana), and dancing. His favorite Yogi Bhajan quote is “Obey, Serve, Love, Excel.”

Rajveer Singh

Rajveer Singh Khalsa studied Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, and Humanology with Yogi Bhajan Ji and has been teaching since age 21. He has taught across Southeast Asia, Australia, and parts of the USA. Rajveer ran Yoga East in Singapore for 11 years and Chayo Studio in Malaysia for 13 years. In the past five years, he has focused on ‘Overcoming Depression’ workshops, reaching communities both regionally and online globally.

S.S. Dr. Sat Kaur Khalsa

As the Secretary of Religion for Sikh Dharma International, SS Dr. Sat Kaur Khalsa oversees the ordination process for new Sikh Dharma Ministers, manages annual minister credentialing, and collaborates with the Office of Ethics and Professional Standards. She acts as a liaison between the Office of the Secretary General of Sikh Dharma International and the Office of the Bhai Sahiba, and supports the Siri Sikdar Sahiba of Sikh Dharma. Additionally, Dr. Sat Kaur is an officer on the Sikh Dharma International board, a member of the International Khalsa Council, and part of the Khalsa Council Executive Committee. In 1991, at the request of the Siri Singh Sahib, Dr. Sat Kaur took on the role of Secretary of Religion. She has since helped Ministers embrace their leadership roles in the Aquarian Age, viewing each Minister as a unique patch in a quilt, stitched together by the Shabad Guru to meet the needs of the sangat and the world. With deep roots in the lineage of Guru Amar Das, Dr. Sat Kaur believes the Ministry will uplift the sangats and humanity as consciousness evolves. She hopes and prays for the continued blessings and light of God and Guru.

S.S. Hari Bhajan Kaur Khalsa

Hari Bhajan Kaur is an inspiring singer, who was born in Mexico. From a very young age, she began singing Gurbani Kirtan. When she was eight years old, she went to India and started attending a boarding school. She became interested in Indian Classical style of music called Raag and trained under a Raag master, Ustadji Narinder Singh Sandhu. Hari Bhajan’s music has been greatly inspired by eastern spiritual practices and lifestyle. Her songs have been adopted around the world by people of all faiths, for meditation, celebration and prayer. The spiritual music of Hari Bhajan Kaur is not only harmonically beautiful but is also inspiring and healing. Her music is a blend of eastern and western styles. She mostly sings the hymns or shabads written by saints and divine Sikh masters of the past. Hari Bhajan Kaur has touched thousands of hearts with her range of meditative mantra music to spiritual songs, in both English and Sanskrit. Her music is filled with compassion, prayer and spiritual strength. Her angelic and healing voice touches the heart and lifts the spirit of the listener.

S.S. Harsimranjeet Singh Khalsa

SS Dr. Harsimranjeet Singh Khalsa, ND is a Sikh Dharma Minister and Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine with special focus in Fertility & Reproductive Care based in Canada. Through his professional experience and personal journey, he has been able to support thousands of people overcome Anxiety, Depression, Fatigue and other challenges.

S.S. Jujhar Singh

Jujhar Singh is a UK-born Sikh of Punjabi heritage. He has had the blessing of travelling the world sharing Sikh heritage, technology, and experience with children and young adults at camps, workshops, and retreats for the last 15+ years.

S.S. Rupinder Kaur Khalsa

SS Rupinder Kaur Khalsa is a Chilean-Canadian Sikh Dharma Minister, Professional Kundalini Yoga Teacher Trainer specialised in yoga for women (based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan), Business and Marketing professional, Wife and Mother. She has worked for over 13 years in the nonprofit world in different capacities – as an Executive Director, Project Manager and in Marketing. She is currently board Secretary for 3HO International. She has served the global Sangat in many different capacities, one of them being representative for Sikh Dharma in interfaith projects and as a developer of several Kundalini Yoga programs and events aimed to support Mental Health while navigating Crisis to live a graceful and exalted life and women who have suffered Trauma and Abuse.

S.S. Satkirin Kaur Khalsa

For over four decades, Satkirin Kaur Khalsa has devoted her life to expanding the consciousness of humanity through music and Naad Yoga, the yoga of sound. Having studied extensively with kirtan masters, she offers first-hand knowledge of the powerful meditative system of words and music called Gurbani Kirtan, which she imparts with insight and humor. Using the Indian sacred musical format of rhythm and Raga scales, Satkirin guides us to healing the human body and mind through the power of the sound current. As a Kundalini Yoga specialty teacher in the Aquarian Academy, she delivers a comprehensive understanding of how to accurately chant. Through inspiring stories and vocal kriyas, Satkirin guides her students through the system of Gurbani Kirtan, which is a powerful and beautiful way to remove limiting thoughts and beliefs through cultivating inner harmony and grace.

S.S. Siri Chand Singh Khalsa

SS Siri Chand Singh Khalsa took his Sikh Dharma Minister vows on June 22, 2019. He began practicing and teaching Kundalini Yoga in 2005 in Mexico. His service includes teaching Kundalini Yoga, practicing Sat Nam Rasayan to improve clients’ well-being, playing meditative Kirtan with his wife, SS Hari Bhajan Kaur, and ministering to those in need. He has a deep interest in many healing arts and dharmic tools, as well as in creating bridges among different cultures and spiritual paths. He lives in Espanola, New Mexico, with his family.

Sach Prakash Singh

Sachprakash is the founder of Jiujitsu Dharma & Kundalini Academy and now teaches full time at his own studio Darruma Jiujitsu & Yoga in Santa Fe, NM. In 2008, he started his journey as a Mixed Martial Artist. In 2011 he started practicing various forms of Yoga & Meditation to uplift, heal and understand the nature of the mind as well as to cultivate a practical physique. Since then the focus of his impact has been bringing awareness to yogic philosophy and practices in the modern world of Jiujitsu and MMA. Sachprakash is able to bring you the best of the two worlds of discipline. That is the Jiujitsu practice with the focus on self-awareness, and the teachings of Kundalini Yoga including Kriya Yoga, Naad Yoga, Mantra Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditations to develop a home practice that will last a lifetime!

Sat Bir Singh Khalsa, Ph.D.

Sat Bir Singh Khalsa, Ph.D. is Director of Research for the Kundalini Research Institute, Research Associate at the Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine, Research Affiliate at the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine, and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. He has conducted research on yoga since 2001 and has been a practitioner of Kundalini Yoga since 1971 and is a certified teacher. His research has evaluated yoga for insomnia, stress, trauma, and anxiety, and for workplace and public school settings. He works with the International Association of Yoga Therapists as scientific director for the annual Symposium on Yoga Research and editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Yoga Therapy. He is medical editor of the Harvard Medical School Special Report Introduction to Yoga, and chief editor of the medical textbook The Principles and Practice of Yoga in Health Care.

Shakta Kaur

Shakta Kaur (E-RYT 500) owns Kundalini Yoga in the Loop (KYL), based in Chicago, Illinois, USA. She leads both 200- and 300-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training courses, teaches Breathwalk (walking meditation) and trains Breathwalk Instructors. For four years Shakta represented 3HO and KRI while serving on the Board of Directors of Yoga Alliance (YA) as Secretary and Chair of the Board plus Interim CEO. Currently Shakta offers hybrid (in-studio and on-line) classes, workshops, and Teacher Trainings. Her next 200-hr Level 1 training begins Feb 2024. Her next Level 2 training (Conscious Communication) begins Jan 2024. She’ll lead her 12th yatra to India in 2025. Shakta-Shakti Subscribers have access to all of Shakta’s ‘live-to-recorded’ classes and workshops. Her specialty series include Nine Nights of the Goddess, Breathwalk & Street Art, plus monthly Full & New Moon workshops. Shakta’s organized Chicago’s White Tantric Yoga course since 2004. Siri Hari Kaur Angleton-Khalsa

Siri Hari Kaur Angleton-Khalsa was brought up in the ‘60s and ‘70s around the political and cultural leaders of Washington, D.C. Her father, James Jesus Angleton, was the long-serving Chief of Counterintelligence for the CIA. Her parents colored her childhood with brilliant visionaries involved in changing the course of history. Educated at private schools, she later graduated from Boston University with a BA in French. Siri Hari adopted a yogic lifestyle after meeting her spiritual teacher, Yogi Bhajan, at age twelve. She started doing Kundalini Yoga and stopped eating meat at age thirteen. After college, Siri Hari moved to New Mexico and Los Angeles to study with Yogi Bhajan at his request. Later, she served on his staff and traveled with him until his death in 2004. She is currently working on the biographies and teachings of the ten Sikh Gurus and has completed books on Guru Nanak through Guru Ram Das.

Siri Marka Singh

Siri Marka Singh has been teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since he was 14, for over 52 years. He is a Yogic Life Coach in Beverly Hills and a Kundalini Yoga Lead Teacher Trainer specializing in the “Art of Living, Loving and Being Happy.” He teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to people from all walks of life, from farm workers to physicians, from businessmen to artists, in both English and Spanish. He leads Level 1 & 2 Teacher Training programs in CA, Utah, Mexico City, Viña Del Mar, Chile, and Costa Rica. Siri Marka Singh teaches joyful and inspiring classes delivering simple, transformative truths that open your heart. He has the capacity to “poke, provoke, confront, and uplift,” which helps one navigate a clear, direct path for both individual and group evolution in consciousness.

Siri Sadhana Kaur

Siri Sadhana Kaur is a KRI Lead Kundalini yoga teacher + trainer. As a touring mantra recording artist and dancer, she loves to embodying the sacred through movement, melody and rhythm. Having recorded an eclectic mix of 9 music mantra albums and singles, she is currently recording her 10th album out later this year. Sharing the timeless teachings of Kundalini, indigenous technology, and music, Siri encourages others to dance + sing their joyful depths, incorporating ceremony to consciously awaken and become the instrument and true light of the soul.

Siri Simran Kaur

SiriSimran Khalsa, introduced to Kundalini Yoga by her mother at seven months old, became Yogi Bhajan’s full-time assistant at 18, traveling and learning with him for over a decade. Certified as a Kundalini Yoga Instructor, her time with Yogi Bhajan deeply shaped her teaching. After becoming a mother, she focused on raising her son and deepening her personal practice. SiriSimran then studied Sat Nam Rasayan with Guru Dev for over 20 years, becoming a level three certified healer and instructor. In 2013, she began serving as a White Tantric Yoga facilitator, joining the board of directors and becoming CEO in 2023. Based in Los Angeles, she runs a private practice, helping clients harness subtle perceptions for self-healing.

Sukhpran Kaur

Sukhpran Kaur is a KRI certified E-RYT 500+ Kundalini Yoga, Hatha & Yoga Nidra teacher, and certified Sat Nam Rasayan healer and teacher. She has organized and led group retreats for over 20 years, managed Holistic Health Care Centers and Events, and is a long time staff member of 3HO.

Tera Kaur

Tera Kaur Khalsa – a legacy student of Yogi Bhajan, an avid and consistent yogic practitioner, a devoted Sikh and Level 1 and 2 certified & in level 3. My joy is to share my experience and wisdom from having practiced Kundalini yoga teachings for most of my lifetime. Kundalini yoga is the science that gifts us the fulfillment and experience of our highest and true Self – intuition, awareness and hearing and trusting Guru’s guidance, our innate guide. Classes include asana, deep meditation, and in-depth training on various aspects of yogic practice and experience.
