Happy Holidays from 3HO International’s CEO

3HO shall be the most important legacy on this planet for the Age of Aquarius. Sooner or later people will experience a tremendous amount of emptiness, which always brings a void…Then they will want to find a place where they can be healthy, happy, and holy. Today, anywhere you go, you will find that this is a living legacy not only for now, not only for the next one hundred years but for the coming two thousand years of the Age of Aquarius, when mankind will find shelter in the 3HO way of life.

We’re pleased to introduce the four leaders recently seated on 3HO International’s Board. They all have an abundance of fresh energy, inspiration, and ideas. They join 3HO Board members Tim Mills and Lakhmi Chand Singh who have valuable knowledge and experience.

I joined the 3HO team as Interim CEO of 3HO and Interim Executive Director of IKYTA after an invaluable onboarding with Japa Kaur, 3HO’s former CEO. It’s quite a full circle moment as I served as the founding Executive Director of IKYTA in 1994, and was KRI CEO back when we standardized KRI International Level 1 Teacher Training.

This holiday season has been a huge turning point for 3HO. Our goal is to reflect the living legacy of our Teacher, the Siri Singh Sahib Yogi Bhajan, and the teachings he so graciously gave us. We’d like to extend our appreciation to all of you who voiced your desire for us to emphasize the richness and depth of our healthy, happy, and holy path.

Winter and Summer Solstices are 3HO’s largest events and occur on the two most important days of the year, auspicious times for healing and replenishment. We gather together to harmonize in group consciousness when the Earth's magnetic field shifts. “On these days,” according to Yogi Bhajan, “the power of prana is maximum so you can be enriched with that vital primal force and your destiny can be rewritten.”

Solstice is a time to enjoy a rich experience beginning with Aquarian group sadhana, the cleansing Solstice diet, Humanology and Kundalini Yoga classes, and evening entertainment and music. The group energy builds and increases our prana for the three transformative days of White Tantric Yoga in the “Z” energy, the etheric realm of pure oneness. We work on ourselves, cleansing and clearing the subconscious mind, resulting in a more awakened and aware state of consciousness.

As we look forward to Summer Solstice 2024, where we will once again gather at our beloved Ram Das Puri, we’re focusing on creating a group energy where all will be inspired and rejuvenated. We’re embracing our seva-centered camp environment to serve and support each other’s growth. The highlight of Summer Solstice will be three days of White Tantric Yoga, presented in its full glory as the main event of the Solstice Sadhana Celebration. Registration for Summer Solstice 2024 is already open. Come rewrite your destiny in the company of fellow Kundalini Yogis and enjoy the high vibration created on our sacred land.
