Volume 1: Electromagnetic Field

Everything on this planet has a magnetic field which sends out its own vibrational frequency. Each person has an individual magnetic field, or aura. When your magnetic field is strong, you are protected from negativity and your very presence can uplift others. You are confident, secure, and vital. If your magnetic field and that layer of protection is weak, you may feel depressed and disconnected from your authentic self.

The following Kundalini kriyas may assist in building and strengthening your magnetic field and expanding your aura.

Kriya for Balancing the Aura: A strong and balanced aura will help protect you from negative energy and keep you healthy.

The Divine Shield MeditationThe aura can be temporarily expanded. One way is to connect your aura with the universal field by using an inner seed sound that activates the power of the Heart Center. When this shield is strong, it is easy to sense the tide of the Universe, the Tao. You become spontaneous and vital as you move in rhythm with the greater reality of the cosmos.

Strengthening the Aura: A strong aura attracts positivity and repels negativity, like a shield. Illness cannot penetrate to your physical body. It gives a strong sense of security and an uplifting presence.
