Service Exchanges

Service Exchange & Managers

3HO International Women's Camp would not happen without Service Exchange participants. The success of the event depends on each person's dedication and commitment to doing seva (selfless service). If you decide to become a Service Exchange member or Manager, this will be the defining, predominant experience of your Women's Camp experience.

3HO supports you in a rewarding service experience and facilitates your participation in the class programming. Most Service Exchange participants can expect to participate in the majority of the program events. As a Service Exchange Team member your principal commitment is to make your service area successful. As a member of the team, you will serve approximately 4-5 hours a day in your service area.

This is an amazing way to experience International Women’s Camp.  While you will attend various aspects of the programming depending on your Service Area, you will deeply engage with the whole camp by doing self-less service alongside other women to create a sacred camp energy.  Many women say that doing a Service Exchange is a very personal and richly rewarding experience.  May you grow and glow through hard work, love and laughter through your service.
