Our hearts go out to each of you at this time of great upheaval and challenge. We're sending you our wishes of health for yourself, all your loved ones, your communities, and the world.

In response to the public health challenge and uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we have decided to cancel all of our in-person events for 2020: Summer Solstice Sadhana Celebration, International Women's Camp, Khalsa Youth Camp and now, most recently, Winter Solstice Sadhana Celebration.

We will, however, be holding space for two virtual events: a 1-day September e-Equinox on the 19th, as well as a 3-day December e-Solstice Summit.

We have enjoyed supporting our community online with Kundalini Yoga and look forward to continuing to do so through these future events and our other channels.

If you change your mind about attending Women’s Camp once you’ve paid online here are your options. Refunds are available up until the end of early registration, June 1 (minus a $50 processing fee). From June 2 up until the day before the start of the event you may receive a credit for future events (minus a $50 processing fee). Refunds are not available after June 2.

 

•Refund requests should be made via a REFUND FORM prior to June 1.
•Credit requests should be made via a CREDIT FORM June 2 up until the day before the event.
•Approved credits may be applied to any 3HO event for one year from the date of issue, including Winter Solstice, Summer Solstice, Women’s Camp or Khalsa Youth Camp.
•No refunds or credits will be given to participants once they have entered the IWC site. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the first full day of the program if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason.
•No refunds will be given to service exchange recipients unless they have contacted the events coordinator in writing by June 1.
•It will take approximately 8 to 12 weeks to process a refund or credit request from the last day of IWC.
•Applying for a refund or credit does not automatically ensure a refund or credit.

If an emergency situation occurs after the cut off dates for a refund or credit, such as death in family or serious illness, please email your request for cancellation to Merle, our bookkeeper, [email protected] .
