- This is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free camp.
- 3HO reserves the right to remove any participant not adhering to camp policies. Any conduct considered inappropriate by 3HO may be grounds for dismissal from camp.
Parking is available and all vehicles should be parked in designated parking areas. Handicapped parking is along the rail by the Admin building ONLY (you must have a handicapped plate or your permit with you). No parking is allowed next to the cabins. RV's may not be hooked up to the cabin electricity. Only authorized vehicles are allowed to drive or park within camp boundaries.
While we adore our animal friends, please do not bring your pets to Solstice. We cannot accommodate them on-site. If you have a therapy dog, please contact [email protected] to make arrangements for your animal. Please be aware that the policy for your animal includes your cleaning up after him so bring appropriate waste bags, as we do not provide these on-site. Your dog's behavior will decide whether or not he can remain on-site; barking, growling, and other behaviors that might make participants feel uncomfortable may result in containment or being asked to leave. If you have a therapy dog, you will have to tent; cabins are not available.
Please leave your environment cleaner than when you arrived. We ask that you “pack it in/pack it out” (if you brought it in, please take it with you when you leave). However, compost, recycle, and landfill containers are provided to serve you.
What we wear reflects our spirit. Please wear clothes that project your grace and radiance. Very sheer 'see-through' clothing is not appropriate attire for the event. Men, keep your shirts on, please.
