Ardas Bhaee – Celestial Communication for Hope & Change

Whenever we move through a transition, a life change, or an evolution, we must dedicate ourselves to hope and faith to make it through to the other side. Before a transformation, there is a breakdown: you notice what isn’t working, you become honest about what your priorities and values are, you feel discomfort, which can sometimes be extreme. At some point, you may feel completely overwhelmed.

To keep moving forward from breakdown to breakthrough requires faith and hope that there is something better and more aligned on the other side. It requires trust that the effort is worthwhile and that you are, as well!

I imagine that we can all look around right now and see things we’d like to change in our personal lives and in the world. Possibly, you can even see things that are being forced to change, knowing that there’s no going back to what it once was.

The powerful mantra, Ardas Bhaee, holds the vibration of hope, miracles and grace amidst challenge and change. This mantra becomes an anchor to carry you through transformation and to give you enough hope and courage to take the next step. Or, it can also help you be still and patient, to not overreact out of a feeling of perceived disconnect or hurt.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the power of prayer through this mantra. We’ll chant the mantra and experience it as a moving meditation, Celestial Communication. You will come out of this workshop with a deep knowledge and experience of Ardas Bhaee, as well as an anchor in your own prayer – written, spoken and through movement.

Let’s experience the strength of community this Winter Solstice as we combine powerful words and embodied movements. May this give us the grace to keep going, to have faith, and to do what we can to make a difference in our lives, families, communities, and the world.

Transformation through Resilience

Transformation comes in many forms, but true transformation comes from a place of resilience. When we are out of balance we cannot truly connect to ourselves or the world around us. This opens our auric field to attachments and unwelcome energies leaving us feeling weighed down and generally fatigued.
We’ll be working to boost our magnetic field, repair the nervous system, balance the blood and re-establish our projection from a place of heart-centeredness.

Recalibrating the Brain
The neuron patterning of the brain must be changed in order to affect addictive behavior. A person cannot change and sustain the change unless the consciousness has been awakened. Kundalini Yoga changes metabolism, balances the glandular system, rebuilds the nervous system, heals body and mind, and uplifts and inspires the human spirit. This system develops greater awareness of the mental and emotional patterns that have contributed to substance abuse disorder. Kundalini Yoga & Meditation helps break these patterns, learning greater self control, and self reliance.

2:00 – 4:00 PM

Mind, Body & Spirit Immersion
Mind, Body & Spirit Immersion helps rewire your brain to release suppressed emotions and allow things to be easy. Mind, Body & Spirit Immersion helps to re-pattern the habits of mind and body. When we release dense fears and feel relaxed, we can be more present with life and approach any situation from a grounded and empowered place.

Recorded In-Person Classes

In addition to the class schedule designed specifically for you, the virtual ticket includes 4 curated recordings from the live event. These will be accessible on our online student platform between December 20th-22nd. See below for the list of classes that will be recorded and made available from the live event!

1. From Stillness to Authentic Expression – a Kundalini Meditation experience with Hansu Jot

In our hectic modern lives, finding stillness may feel like a distant goal. However, in these quiet moments, we discover our true selves and the path to authentic expression. This journey involves self-discovery, embracing imperfections, and fostering self-love. To start, we create stillness through mindfulness or meditation. This practice unlocks authentic expression, where we trust our intuition and stay true to ourselves. This journey is challenging but inspiring to others, drawing like-minded people and opportunities.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Deep Kundalini Yoga Meditations for inner listening, energy flow, and wisdom
  • Pranayam to connect with life’s force
  • NaadYoga and mantra practice for expressive alignment
  • Deep relaxation for cellular healing

2. Circle of Hope: With a Future this Bright, We Gotta Wear Shades! With Shakta Kaur

We’ve been through a tough past couple of years. But there is hope! Hope is always an act of Infinity on our part. Shakta leads us in a Kundalini Yoga Kriya to celebrate the existence of all the good things in life—love, human kindness and character. Then we Meditate together in a circle to nurture that always present spark of hope inside of us. We gotta have hope!

3. The Incandescent Light Within with Vedya Amrita

The consciousness of hope is seeing the incandescent light within the darkness surrounding us. This mystical light connects all life, creating a profound sense of faith and hope. The incandescent light of the Guru is Truth itself, Hope itself, Love itself, Source itself. Join Vedya Amrita as we activate the mystical light within to ignite hope and illuminate the path of transformation.

4. Changing your Heart towards Pain with Shama Kaur

To love is to feel the pain of the heart. This is inevitable. It goes with human existence. The challenge is to always have the love just that bit stronger than the pain. This Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class delves into the profound teachings of transforming our relationship with pain by magnifying our experience of love. It explores how Kundalini Yoga and meditation practices can empower you to change your heart and minds when facing physical, emotional, or spiritual pain. We will work on strengthening the nervous system so that it can take on a new level of experience; even one that is uncomfortable.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. How does it differ from other forms of yoga? The emphasis in Kundalini Yoga is on the flow of the kriya—the specific sequence of exercises and meditations (these may include posture, breath, mantra, focus, and/or movement).

Postures are often held for a substantial period of time, to the point where the mind gives way to the body’s wisdom. We begin each yoga set with a mantra of protection called the Adi Mantra (Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo), which links you to the flow of Infinite Consciousness that guides the kundalini energy, a powerful energy of consciousness that lies at the base of the spine.

The synergistic combination of postures, mantras, and meditations combines to put positive pressure on the subconscious mind and allow it to clear limiting beliefs and patterns that are otherwise inaccessible.

If you have any questions about Kundalini Yoga or any of the practices we share during our eSolstice, head to the 3HO Online Events Facebook group to get some answers!
