We can improve our caliber to deliver our intentions and act effectively by developing a will that takes us past the demoting habits that interfere with our conscious efforts.
When we guide ourselves and are no longer at the mercy of subconscious habits, then we become the master of the Self. But overcoming old habits and starting new ones requires strong nerves and willpower.
Without strong nerves and willpower, you either lose your focus and fail to complete your project, or you are driven to complete it but don't know what step to take. When balanced, you instinctively organize sequences of production details and are masterful at guiding projects to completion.
This kriya develops willpower and gives you the capacity to understand the elements of your personality. You can know what you are thinking and regulate the flow of those thoughts. It is perfect to overcome difficulty in completing projects and doing what you intend.
