Refine Your Voice with Kauri Kriya
This vigorous vocal workout, taught by the 5th Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan Dev, strengthens the voice and the vocal range for all in the Sadh Sangat.
In Kundalini Yoga, singing the word patterns of Shabad Guru is a most powerful meditation for the human. Our goal is to refine one’s vocal ability to capture the Naad and lead the group in melodic harmonious meditation. This is to embellish group meditation, the most effective tool of transformation within this Aquarian Age.

Awakening the Flow: A Sat Nam Rasayan Journey into Deep Healing and Awareness Learn to release what obstructs the natural flow—within yourself and in others—and enter a state of direct perception and inner awareness. Sat Nam Rasayan® is a healing art that uses a specific state of mind called the projective meditative mind to reach a state of consciousness known as Shunia. In Shunia, there is no separation—you are fully merged, able to hold and contain the totality of the moment. As this inner silence becomes stable, the natural flow of healing begins to awaken. From this space of neutrality and stillness, transformation occurs. This is a universal capacity of the human mind: to heal through pure awareness. In this space, we are not reactive—we simply experience. In Sat Nam Rasayan, we train ourselves to perceive the subtle, and to recognize its profound power in healing and transformation. Understanding the Science and Research on Yoga
This workshop will present an overview of modern biomedical research on yoga and meditation. We will review the scientific evidence for the psychophysiological effects of yoga practice, the value/implications of yoga research in society and healthcare, and published research on Kundalini Yoga. Yoga teachers will gain an appreciation of the utility of published yoga research in helping to justify the establishment of yoga classes in public venues, fitness centers, schools and healthcare institutions.
