Maha Shakti Kriya

Maha Shakti Kriya is an excellent and short kundalini kriya for the Navel Center. It  is a simple stimulation of the Navel Center to put you into action and to move you toward completing your goals. It is called Maha Shakti because Maha means “greatest,” and Shakti is the energy.

The Practice

Posture: Stretch your legs out together in front, sitting up straight with your palms on the ground just behind your hips.

Breath & Movement: Inhale and slowly raise both legs up to 60°, then exhale as you lower them. Do this 10 times. After the 10th time, hold the legs up, stretch the arms out parallel to the ground. Balance in this position with Breath of Fire

Eyes: Look at the toes.
