In this meditation you use the mantra of your choice! Make it your powerful prayer.
Posture: Sit in a comfortable meditative posture with a straight spine.
Mudra: Press the palms together and cross the right thumb over the left thumb. Keep the entire length of both palms pressed together throughout the entire meditation. Extend the arms out and up from the body at an angle that brings the upper arms up into contact with the bottom of the ear lobes. Lock the elbows and keep the entire length of both arms straight throughout the entire meditation.
Mantra: Chant any mantra you wish, just be sure to properly enunciate each word of the mantra you choose to use. Deeply inhale and completely exhale as the mantra of your choice is chanted.
Eyes: 1/10th open
To End: Inhale deeply, briefly suspend the breath and completely exhale 3 times. Then relax.
Continue for 11 minutes.
