Stimulate your immune system and your heart muscle.
1. "O" Breath
Sit in Easy Pose, with your left hand on your heart. The upper portion of your right arm is at your side, next to the ribs. The elbow is bent and the forearm extends forward, parallel to the floor. Your right palm faces upward and is cupped as if to receive water.
Inhale deeply through the "O" shaped mouth, as if drinking the air. Exhale through the nose. Don't pull the air in, breathe it as if you are drinking it.
Continue for 22 minutes.
2. "O" Breath of Fire
Stay in the position and use your navel point to create a powerful Breath of Fire through the "O" mouth.
Continue for 2 minutes.
3. "O" Breath of Fire-Switch Sides
Change the hand position. The right hand is on your heart and the left arm extends forward with the hand cupped. When you change the hand position, you will notice the difference.
Continue Breath of Fire through the "O" mouth for 2 ½ minutes.
4. "O" Breath of Fire-Arms Out
Stretch your arms out to the sides, elbows straight, palms up.
Continue Breath of Fire through the mouth for 2 minutes.
To End: Inhale, hold the position, hold the breath 10-15 seconds as you stretch the spine up straight. Exhale. Repeat, stretching the spine up. Last time, inhale and hold the breath 15 seconds. Stretch the extended arms out to the sides as far as you can. Exhale and relax.

"Stimulate your immune system and your heart muscle. Drink the long breath of air. Asking the breath of life to give you life is not a sin, it is very realistic. Spleen will be activated. You are working the brain limbs, the strength of the being.
"These exercises which I share with you are for emergency strength. There is a lot of power in you—unlimited, infinite power. These kriyas work as the key to pull it out. When we normally deal, we sort out feelings from emotions from thoughts to desires. We consume forty percent of our energy.
"Thirty percent of our energy is consumed when we don't eat right food. So seventy percent of energy is consumed that way and we are left with thirty percent, out of which twenty percent is consumed to find the direction. You are left with ten percent and if the environment is all right, fine; if not, you go to sleep, you forget things.
"Eat simple food, stimulate the breath of life through the Pavan Guru, and understand that your body is a temple in which your soul, Atma, resides and is a representative of Parmatma, God.
What shall be the game? The game shall be that all virtues will come to you.
"There is no easy way to live rich, prosperous, and fulfilled unless you start living grateful. Count your blessings, not curses.
