Guru Ram Das—The Throne of Raj Yog

By Siri-Gian Kaur

If you have ever wanted to “go to heaven” while still on Earth, here’s your chance!

At last year’s Yogi Mela (Gathering of Yogis) here in Espanola, NM, Amandeep Singh really blasted us up to experience our greatest Divinity! It was such a “WOW,” or I should say a “Wahe Guru” experience. I was out there in the bliss more than ever, along with everyone else—including the “old-timers”!

And this year, Presidents’ Day Holiday Weekend—Feb. 17 to 20, I am really looking forward to even more in our course “Guru Ram Das—The Throne of Raj Yog!” I’m sure that you already know about Guru Ram Das, Yogi Bhajan’s own spiritual guide. You must be aware of his huge coziness and profound healing energy. So, in this year’s course we are anticipating being totally enveloped in Guru Ram Das’ most loving arms.

Next to Yogi Bhajan, I find Amandeep Singh to be the finest teacher of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. When leading Kundalini Yoga, he has amazing command and consciousness. He plays wonderful new music, the gong is sounding, and he even blows the conch shell. I never knew it took so much noise to take me to utter stillness. Yet, he is the sweetest, most humble fellow you could ever meet. And the dancing—oh, the blow-out dancing to raise us to our highest was just intoxicating.

Perhaps I sound like I am overdoing it, but trust me, this is really what happened, Dear One. There was no one there who would refute this re-telling of that beautiful group experience. Many of the folks who participated are still in loving touch with each other in our “Soul Answer Tribe.”

Amandeep’s teaching style is “electric.” He has done so much primary research in the original language on yoga and how it has been practiced from its beginnings in ancient India, as well as in Sikh Dharma at the time of the Gurus. For me, Amandeep’s re-telling actually knits together a cohesive framework for my own chosen spiritual path. In this course, he will unveil the import of Guru Ram Das occupying the Throne of Raj Yoga, and how that relates to Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

Amandeep Singh is such a devoted student of Yogi Bhajan. Be happy! Come join us in this year’s Second Annual Yogi Mela. See more at .

Lots of Love,
