The Difference Between Summer and Winter Solstice Sadhanas

The Solstice Sadhana experience is spiritually transforming. It challenges the ego, tests spiritual fortitude, and burns away karma. It's one of the most powerful transformational experiences you will ever have!

Summer and Winter Solstice Sadhanas are both built on the same foundations of the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, including Kundalini Yoga, White Tantric Yoga,® and Karma Yoga. Each event also has features that offer a unique environment for spiritual growth.

Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice Sadhana is held in Florida. Temperatures are cool and the air is moist. The land is green and renewing. The lakefront offers a variety of fun, healing time on and in the water. The atmosphere is cozy and sweet, nurturing and grounding. This darkest time of the year allows us to pause, take a time out, and renew the light of our souls.

Summer Solstice

Summer Solstice Sadhana is held in New Mexico. The air is hot and dry. The high desert land is rugged and the sky is huge. The atmosphere is purifying. The long bright days call on your creative energy, bringing renewed strength and grit to keep up throughout the coming year. Dwelling on this sacred land and bathing in the holy dust, our spirits ignite.
