There are many solutions for what ails us. Some solutions work better than others! Finding what works for you is vital to your health and well-being.

Sad, do yoga.

Angry, do yoga.

Impatient, do yoga.

Frustrated, do yoga.

Confused, do yoga.

Depressed, do yoga.

Anxious, do yoga.

Kundalini Yoga is a great way to become grounded and get focused. There are so many different kriyas (sets) and each one will affect you in a different way physically, emotionally and spiritually. What each person gets from their practice is unique to them. Every time you practice Kundalini Yoga, you have the opportunity to get more from your experience and deepen your connection to self, Earth and the world around you.

Although yoga is practiced for self, the energy of Kundalini Yoga embaces all yogis. Yogi Bhajan, who brought the authentic Kundalini practice to the Western world, referred to the shared energy as the Golden Chain—the connection of all students and teachers who have practiced Kundalini throughout all time. Though one may practice for self, the Kundalini energy is universal and has been carried throughout time for over 3,000 years! That is powerful energy!

The energy you experience in your Kundalini Yoga practice will bring you to a higher level of consciousness. You will become more aware. You will ‘see’ more clearly. And the power of the practice is that it is 1) always available to you and 2) limitless.

Often we feel like we have failed at pursuing our growth and healing. We don’t lose the weight at the gym; we don’t break our bad habits; we don’t change our bad attitude, and so on. With Kundalini Yoga, you will NEVER fail. You win by showing up; you win by practicing your breathing; you win by trying the movements; you win by chanting. As you come to the mat with the INTENTION of goodness and love (for self and others) you always win.
