3HO Summer Solstice 2025 Highlights & Photos

Sat Nam,

We just finished the 3HO Summer Solstice Sadhana Celebration 2025, and we have a lot to share. From a VERY challenging White Tantric Yoga to Children’s Camp, we were non-stop all the way.

If you don’t know what Summer Solstice Sadhana Celebration is, go here to find out. You can be part of 3HO’s Winter Solstice Celebration, which is coming soon, December 16th through December 22nd, in Fruitland, Florida.

This is the most important event of Kundalini Yoga during Winter in the northern hemisphere. Registration will open soon, along with all the details.

The High Note of this Year

White Tantric Yoga® was definitely the high note of this year’s Summer Solstice for me! I don’t want to speak for everyone, but this year kriyas and meditations were really challenging, and kind of different also, like repeating the same exercise over and over, but with different intention, mantra, and focus. Also, these three days of White Tantric Yoga® did not include a blind walk on the third day!

Our 3HO web developer came for the first time to practice Kundalini Yoga and White Tantric Yoga. Here’s what he said about doing tantric:

I arrived both nervous and eager, unaware of what my mind and body would demand or how I would be transformed by what I’d uncover within. Over those three intense days, I focused like never before and pushed my limits to the edge: I experienced a profound catharsis, was filled with unprecedented energy, and compassionately revisited my inner child. I embarked on an inner journey where, for the first time, my soul felt to separate from my body and consciously connect with the universe. It was an experience so powerful that it condensed years of therapy and searching into just three days.

Another thing that I noticed about this White Tantric was the number of kids doing it. I have heard from our community that it was normal back in the days to have nine-year-olds practicing, but when I started, there were none, at least in Chile. But these days, I see them more and more wanting to practice.

Here are some of them after the second day of White Tantric Yoga with the Facilitator, Guru Amrit Hari Kaur:

And here are some of them sharing their experience of Solstice and White Tantric Yoga®:

Tantric Burgers

Tantric burgers this year were especially good, at least for me.

After a powerful morning of deep meditation and group energy, participants gather to enjoy these delicious, satisfying veggie burgers prepared with love by the community. This video captures the joy, connection, and spirit of Seva that fills the camp as we celebrate together in the high desert of New Mexico.

I’ve been a Kundalini Yogi since 1991, and I’m convinced that Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, the celebration of the solstices, and the Tantras are some of the best products in the world, both for their value and for the opportunity they offer for deepening and self-transformation. And especially for experiencing the spirit of belonging to a form of spiritual community. Furthermore, I’m Mexican, and I’m amazed and admired by 3HO’s ability to organize these types of large-scale events. You feel safe and included.

Gurdwara

Every day, we enjoy the Gurdwara after Sadhana. Doing Sadhana here is kind of different; the vibration is more subtle, and we do it in the Tantric Shelter, where you can literally see the sun rising while you chant. And after that, we get to hear the Hukam from the Guru for the day, after hearing professional musicians play Kirtan live.

Kids program

The kids’ program this year was outstanding. Adi Shakti Kaur and Karina Skye took it to the next level with a special program divided into categories for the little ones, medium age, and teens. Everyone has their own program with special activities.

The Land ⛰️

This year, Guru Ram Das Puri received us with a greener scenery. Every year, it becomes greener and greener, the climate is changing, and you can see this clearly. Yogi Bhajan said that at some point, Ram Das Puri will become a Tropical Rain Forest. How is that going to happen? I have no idea. In the meantime, we can enjoy the changes we have right now.

The whole experience was magical and transformative. To be able to meet such awesome people, eat healthy food, meditate and practice yoga everyday and change my nervous system with white tantric yoga was such a gift. I was truly sad to leave this year and can’t wait to come back.
