Yogic Living: Acceptance & Tolerance

Intolerance in the spheres of politics, religion, race, ethnicity, gender identification, and other social issues is at an explosive, often violent level. How can the teachings of Yogi Bhajan serve to elevate awareness and help humanity rise above narrow-mindedness, prejudice, bigotry, bullying, and hatred?

“All this creation, good and bad, yellow and brown, white and black, red and pink—has this all been created by an individual? The total creation is that of God and total creation is God, and to accept God is to accept the total creation. And to accept that the total creation is that of God requires sadhana, sadhana, sadhana.” - Yogi Bhajan, 7/5/81

“Only if we do not misunderstand our way of life, “My way is the best way and this is the only way” and that kind of prejudice, may you have and believe life is a love, life is a giving, life is an understanding, life is a tolerance, life is a growth together. Then life is a happiness.” -Yogi Bhajan, 3/25/71
