Ms. Whiz: The Perfect Breakfast Drink for Women

This nutritious beverage provides the necessary daily doses of sesame or almond oil to nurture your skin and hair, chlorophyll as an internal cleanser, and rice bran syrup which supports the nervous system. Rich in potassium, iron, oils, and the alkaline qualities of chlorophyll to keep you going, it makes a perfect breakfast drink!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 8 ounces (250 ml) orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon (20 ml) liquid chlorophyll
  • 2 Teaspoons Rice Bran Syrup
  • 2 Teaspoons cold-pressed almond or sesame oil

Instructions

Blend well until frothy.

Notes: According to yogic teachings, it is recommended for women to supplement their diet with high-quality, cold-pressed oils first thing in the morning, especially as they move into their 30s and beyond. Two tablespoons of almond, sesame, or olive oil (combined or alone), along with a tablespoon or two of ground flaxseed every day is the perfect addition.

Using high-quality oils in this way is said to lower cholesterol, reduce fat in the body, keep the skin healthy, reduce hunger, and cleanse the body of toxins. In addition, 2-3 tablespoons of water-soluble liquid chlorophyll in a glass of water daily are really helpful to the large intestines.
