To be grateful is to be “great” and to be “full.” In Kundalini Yoga, the attitude of gratitude is the highest way of living.
Everything in our lives—blessings and challenges—come from the hand of the One. It is very Divine to observe what we have and to give thanks for it all. Even when difficulties come, there is something to appreciate. Having a sense of gratitude puts a person in touch with the preciousness of life.
Now, at the end of 2013, it’s the perfect time to look back over your year and think about what you’re grateful for. Can you find your blessings? Can you discover the hidden gifts, even in the most difficult moments? How can you make it a part of your practice to appreciate everything in your life? Being grateful helps put us in touch with the source of life, and gives us a sense of fulfillment.
This month, 3HO invites you to explore the incredible gifts that come into your life when you create a habit to be grateful.
