Kundalini Yoga graces us with an almost countless variety of kriyas and meditations that work to calm our fears and anxieties.

As we transition to the Aquarian Age, we can go through these times with the strength and steadiness they demand. Keep calm and keep up so together we can be a light in the chaos and look to the future with hope and tranquility.

Kundalini Yoga Technology

Chattra Chakkra Varti 
This mantra removes fear, anxiety, depression, insecurity and phobias. It instills courage, fearlessness and brings victory. It gives self-command and self-grace.

Kriya to Relax and Release Fear
This kriya works on the kidneys, liver, and spleen. It removes tension from the neck and purifies the blood. In exercise #5 your fears will leave you when you powerfully project out on the exhale. 12 exercises,  37 - 71 minutes.

Meditation for Removing Fear of the Future
This meditation takes away your fears of the future which have been created by your subconscious memories of the past. lt will force you to deal with your heart center. 

Kriya for Metabolism and Relaxation
This kriya releases tension accompanied by nervousness. Deep relaxation is a must for physical and mental health. This is an easy exercise series which derives its powerful effects from the sequence of glandular stimulation and the use of pranayam. 8 exercises. Time: 18 - 40 minutes. 

Meditation of Change
The law of the Universe is change. But with every change in our lives, one thing seems not to change: the attachment to our own ego. The ego will not let you change easily. This creates a condition of constant hassle in the mind. The difference between your reality and your perception of it through the ego creates doubts, and doubts create misery. Doubt steals three feet of your auric radiance.

Shabad Kriya for Deep Relaxing Sleep.
It is said that if this meditation is practiced regularly, sleep will be deep and relaxed, and the nerves will regenerate. This practice gives radiance, and the radiance gives patience, which is the first condition of real love. This meditation was practiced for 31 minutes in a successful pilot sleep trial for chronic insomnia.

Meditation for Emotional Balance
When upset, attention should be given to the body's water balance and breath rate. Rhythmically slowing down the breath to only 4 breaths per minute, drinking water, pulling the shoulders up to the ears, and tightly locking the entire upper area gives indirect control over the mind. After two or three minutes, thoughts will be there, but will not be felt.

Kriya for Self-Reliance
Self-reliance will vanish all fear. Fear comes when you are dependent on anything other than your own inner wisdom and higher self. If your self-reliance is strong, you are protected.

Meditation for a Calm Heart
This soothing breath practice (pranayama) relieves anxiety and promotes calmness and mental clarity. The posture induces the feeling of calmness and creates a still point for the prana at the Heart Center.

The One Minute Breath
The One Minute Breath calms anxiety, fear, and worry, and allows you to sense your own presence and the presence of spirit. It is a great technique to keep your calm through our fast changing times.

Meditation to Alleviate Your Stress
This meditation is an excellent everyday practice. Done in the evening, it will wash the stress from your body and your aura. You can reclaim yourself, quiet the mind’s noise and open into a profound stillness.

Movement Relaxation Series
This is a very beautiful movement meditation kriya which will relax your whole body and mind. Rhythmic, unforced, graceful, free movement releases the tensions we store in the body from our daily emotions. All emotional traumas leave their signature of tension in the body, which need to be released. 

Breath of Fire 
This pranayama purifies the blood, expands the lung capacity, and strengthens the nervous system to deal with stress. Mastery of this breath will give you great command of your Self.

Meditation for an Invincible Spirit 
This mantra counters the tendencies to withdraw or deny and fantasize about the future when faced with big changes. It instills courage and integrity so we can act with clarity under the pressures of the times and the distractions of change, ego, and emotion. 

Meditation for the Neutral Mind 
The Neutral Mind lives for the touch of vastness. It lets all other thoughts be without disturbance to your constant inner light. The Neutral Mind opens the gate to that deep remembrance of the self and soul. Call on the higher self and keep going steadily through all barriers.

Tattva Balance Beyond Stress and Duality
This meditation balances the brain and relieves stress. It takes only three minutes but can have a profound effect. Clear the clutter of the mind's incessant chatter to reach a state of inner quietude where intuition flows.

Long Deep Breathing
Long deep breathing relaxes and calms you due to its influence on the parasympathetic nervous system.

The Whistling Breath
Whistling relaxes all the tension and stress out of you. It relaxes inside and out. It creates a balance. Whistle every day for three minutes. It gives you relaxation.

Meditation for the Negative Mind
This meditation clears the subconscious of unwanted negative, fearful thoughts. The posture is one of calmness and humility that lets the Creator, the Unknown, cover and shield you.

Set for the Nervous System and Glandular Balance
This kriya is for reducing stress and fortifying the mind and body to effectively respond to change in a healthy way. 

Meditation to Tranquilize the Mind
It is said that this meditation will tranquilize the mind within 3 minutes.

Left Nostril Breathing
Practice when you are feeling overanxious and nervous. It will soothe you and bring you to a calm state.

8 Stroke Breath for Energy and Stress Release
Eleven minutes a day of eight-stroke breathing can give you enough energy to balance your daily consumption of prana and take you out of stress.
