“[This meditation] is very self-healing. The secret of it: sit still, let the body relax, let the energy exchange…it gives you a lot of self-respect, lot of contentment, lot of confidence.”
This meditation is said to make you feel cozy and content. It works to balance the brain by reinforcing your inner ability to be in continual touch with your higher self.
Mudra: Men connect the thumb and middle fingertips of the right hand and the tip of the thumb and little finger of the left. Fingernails don't touch. Women reverse the mudra (connect the thumb and little fingers of the right hand, and the thumb and middle fingers of the left hand.) With the shoulders hanging, hold the hands 7-8 inches apart, fingers pointing forward, a little in front of the nipples.
Eyes: The eyes are 1/10 open.
Breath: Breathe normally, relax every part of your body and meditate for 11 minutes.
To End: Inhale, make tight fists with both hands for a few moments, and relax.
