Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine.
Mudra: Bring the hands, palms up, just above the diaphragm in front of the chest. Rest the back of the right hand in the palm of the left hand. Extend the thumbs and point them away from the body. Keep the thumbs separated at all times.
Eyes: Focus at the tip of the nose.
Mantra: Sat Naam Sat Naam Sat Naam Sat Naam Sat Naam Sat Naam Whaa-hay Guroo. Inhale deeply, completely exhale and chant the mantra in a monotone 3 times on each breath.
Time: Continue for 31minutes maximum.
