Meditation to Change Your Destiny

Originally taught on July 9, 1982

“This meditation brings deep relaxation, strength and mental clarity. If you do it honestly, it can change your entire destiny.  Also, by practicing it for 31 minutes a day for 6 months, you can experience the Cosmos before your eyes. If you chant it for 2-1/2 hours a day, for 6 months, you can command the 5 tattvas.” *- Yogi Bhajan

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine.

Mudra: Hands in Gyan Mudra.

Eyes: Closed or focused on the Third Eye Point.

Breath & Mantra: Inhale deeply and recite the mantra eight times out loud, in a monotone:
